If a Texas company makes an internet sale to a company in Oklahoma, what is
the sales tax percentage?
请问从哪里可以找到sales tax percentage资料?谢谢各位

nexus is the issue. There are many activities that can make the TX company
subject to OK sales tax.
Check the following link and click the sales and use tax for much much more
details

,也就是说OK不用交税。应该是1992年最高法院的规定。 |

what they buy regardless of whom they buy it from. But the seller only has
an obligation to collect those taxes (and thus the only time taxes are ever
actually paid) when the seller has a physical presence in the state of the
purchase. |
