发帖数: 4115 | 4 看版上这么热闹，我来泼盆水，写个小科普，不对的地方请大牛指正。虽然我自己今年
也搞了3张卡。有两个要点，第一，出来混，迟早要还的。第二点，FICO分数达到760就
足够了，再高了就有点浪费。
负面问题有两个：1是开卡hard pull带来“暂时性”的分数损失，持续半年到3年；2是
关卡带来的永久性分数损失。正是由于第2点，有年费的卡给的bonus一般会比较高。因
为要拿到高bonus，就得付年费或永久性降低分数。
低分数带来的影响是将来贷款利率偏高。
例子：
30年固定利率，加州，759分比760分以上贷款利率多付0.222%。按照贷款40万计算，多
付的利息是 $18,891。
5年车贷，加州，719比720以上多付1.551%。按照贷款20K计算，多付的利息是$859。

不同的银行没差别.如果银行批准或者拒绝之后再给你寄分数过来,那那个分数就是FICO
的分数.
楼猪说他两次被PULL都是TU,那理论上这两个都是BASED ON TU的FICO分数.
至少我知道DISCOVER和AMEX在批准申请之后会寄一个分数.
不过...AMEX现在和CAP ONE一样了,都是一PULL就PULL三家... |

大家想想你要是银行，能看个分数就发卡？银行loan部门那么多人，手里拿着你详细的
信用报告难道判断不了，还要依靠别人算出来的分数？
分数说白了就是给那些非专业机构使用的，比如房东，雇主，car dealer已经customer

差不多一个月之前，一月8号我的creditkarma分数720+ .
过了一个星期，一月14号,分数下降到680+，下降了整整40分!
这区间，我没有申新卡，没有出新的statement。
然后我就等了一段时间，出了几个新的statement，分数还是一点变化都没有。
（这很反常，因为平时每次出了新的statement，分数都会上下浮动2、3分的样子）
我把唯一可能相关的事情写以下，希望大家能帮我看看怎么回事。
在一月8号到14号中间某一天,我打过电话给equifax.
打电话原因是，我之前尝试从equifax网上查看我的信用历史。
弹出一个网页，说需要identification verification，需要我邮寄、传真某些东西给
他们。
我照做之后，几天后收到了邮寄的纸质报告，
但是网上还是无法查看报告，
会看到相同的网页，让我邮寄材料。
觉得奇怪，我就打电话给equifax,阿三客服。
电话里面问了我一些问题verify我的身份，包括SSN。
然后就说好了, all set.
然后我就发现我的creditkarma分数跳水了。

是990
它的第一个分数(TransRisk Score)不是很准，帐单balance对分数影响挺大的 |

Transunion报告的FICO分数，FICO的分数范围是300~850。根据wiki，使用
VantageScore的lender不到6%。
另外，Credit utilization本来就占FICO分数的30%，分数会随着balance有很大变化并
不奇怪，只是应该不会像transrisk那样只看当月的balance。 |

天继续查，只有Equifax自己的分数了（不再更新另外两家），一天涨了17分！今天购
买了Experian网站的分数，居然比5.1号Equifax给的Experian分数涨了差不多50分！莫

GE Money发行的walmart信用卡持有者可以免费得到TransUnion的FICO分数，每月初更
新一次。我就是纯粹为了这个申的这卡哈
Digital Credit Union用户，哪怕只是开个savings账户放里$5，可以免费得到Equifax
的FICO分数，每月底更新一次，是通过DCU的secured message自动发。
除了分数外，以上两个都包含降低信用分数的最大两个因素。 |

我和所有credit card 提供的fico都对比了一下，发现出入很大。
尤其是discover的fico，和真实分数差了30分。
后来我研究了一下，发现这个fico分数本来就是一个模拟信用分数局算法，计算出来的
，只能说是模拟分。
所以如果你查询分数是要用来干正事的，要留意这个FICO分数都是注过水的，刚好卡在
740这个点上的更要小心。 |

之前一直用的privacy guard的服务 月费10块钱 可以看每月的信用报告和分数 但是最
近被告知其不是fico分数 所以没有太大参考价值
不知道大家在哪里查三家的fico分数？最近在修补信用 所以想实时掌握分数的变化 可
以接受适当的收费
