发帖数: 1654 | 35 你在游泳池里练一下sighting吧。还有一个损着，你游的时候不要带泳镜，只有头浮上
水面的时候再睁眼。我试过，游得是zigzag型的。。。
看过一个个录像分析，大部分人open water都不是直线。在泳池里如果不睁眼也不是直
线。能看到的话可以下意识调整。
另外，你这一天比赛晒得好黑呀。胡子都冒出来了。。。 |

个ridge，我说我知道，然后他说就一直zigzag爬上爬下就好了。。。原来是这样的。
。但是距离都不太长就是了。

发帖数: 19210 | 37 去年就想去参加这个比赛，可惜跟KK的TriKids比赛时间冲突了。今年给K找了个家门口
的kids比赛，我就可以去这个越野三项赛了。越野三项Off-Road Triathlon，ITU（国
家三项协会）称之为Cross Triathlon，就是游泳（还是一样的开水游泳哈，没有越野
游泳），山地车（mountain biking）和越野跑（trail running）。山地车是我的老本
行，所以想想这个比赛应该很适合我。
"Mine" Over Matter 在Kelso Quarry Park举行，几十年前这里是个采石场，挖掘
limestone的，后来居民反对抗议背叛关门卖给了自然保护区，并入了相邻的Kelso自然
保护区公园。游泳的“湖”其实是以前挖掘出来的一个大坑，中间特别深，处于安全考
虑，这个湖一直还没有对公众开放，只有这种比赛上才有机会去里面游泳。湖边上现在
造了个人工的沙滩，湖水特别清亮干净暖和，翡翠绿色，很像Banff的Lake Louise的水
，就只差冰川了，游起来特别舒服。
考虑到这是个小湖，不会发生因为水冷抽筋的状况，于是我又是穿的LAVA PANTS去游泳

发帖数: 4221 | 38 首先，我承认我是标题党. 小三，sprint distance triathlon,想歪了的自觉面壁
都过去快一个月，今天终于有空把第一次小三的经历写下来
4月份时候第一次参加MS150, 一个2天骑180mile的活动。很多年没有参加如此大运动量
的活动，所以开始头四个月每周都坚持去训练，从开始十多迈到后来六七十迈，感觉一
直很好。骑车基本在郊外，德州春天的农场风光加上速度的快感，我感觉特别享受，对
这种长距离的运动有了强烈的兴趣。跟着和一个朋友一起报了Austin Memorial
weekend的小三，打算借着年初骑车的劲头尝试一下三项赛。结果五月初，学区决定在
Memorial weekend补课，本来给娃也报了junior triathlon的，都不能去了！
无比郁闷。。。无比心痛报名费。。。
一直对小三念念不忘，网上找到九月海边小城Galveston举行的5150. sprint距离也有
，游泳400米。正好，游泳一直感觉是我最弱的，从来没有系统训练过。游泳池里都有
20米一回头，不敢想象在open water连续游几百米是什么情况。400米，应该还行，但

03年和04年的夏天, 俺家后院曾有大蜘蛛进驻.
这种大蜘蛛的俗名叫Yellow Garden Spider (学名: Argiope Aurantia)
它还有一个外号, 叫Writing Spider. 在蜘蛛网的纵向有一条很明显很粗的zigzag线,
跟人的草书一般. 很有意思.

Heard big stump when she ran away. Shot was 24 yd. first blood trail on
leaves about 7yd away. I am waiting.

I followed the blood trail to the forest edge. Couldn't find it anymore.

gain，锻炼效果明显。体力好的可以从Baldy Village上，6000 ft elevation gain。
体力更好的可以背水上。
self arrest的时候不要冒险上大坡。
别地方有45度。靠中间高难度的地方不止60度。
)，可以直接上锻炼体力，也可以 zigzag 横切锻炼胆量。仍然强调安全第一。
之上大坡最好早行动。上坡时要眼观六路，耳听八方，选路线尽量避开可能落石的地方
。最好一个人爬升，另一个人观察。如果万一有落石，不要慌，忙乱中失去平衡更危险
。先判断落石路线，在避
靠近Ski Hut Trail的地方，因为光照的原因雪很厚，而且基本是powder，练习self
arrest, glissading等各种技术的好地方 |
