nothing is needed, just take ferry to Macau. Sometimes they might want to
see your airticket, but mostly they wouldn't bother you at all.
you can even go to Zhuhai from Macau if you want (if you don't have to go
back HK ---> SZ ----> mainland city; ZH ---> mainland cities is as
convenient as SZ in my mind); taxi very inexpensive, from Macau ferry to
Zhuhai custom |

4.1 输变电电磁场与高频电磁场的区别
我院在110kV 香密湖站设计中，居民提出过不同意站址意见，主要理由是“站址围墙离
小区只
有17 米，有可能引起儿童白血病。”居民贴出大字报，显然还是对输变电电磁场与高
频电磁场混为一谈。
输变电电磁场是50HZ 工频场，在电磁场频谱中属于极低频率场，（30-300HZ）它的电
场与磁场
是分列的，输变电设施的电压产生静电场、输变电设施的负荷电流产生磁场。输变电电
磁场由于频
率极低，它没有辐射能量的能力。因为工频电磁场它的波长50HZ 为6000km，λ=6000km
。理论电工指出“只有当电磁波长与电磁系统元件的尺寸相当时，这个电磁系统才能向
空间发射电磁能力”，即辐射。输电线路一般长度为10km、几十公里、几百公里，即便
以输电线500km 计算，其长度与波长还差10 多倍，所以输变电电磁环境没有辐射，用
电磁辐射来评价输变电电磁场是不对的。有的群众将高频电磁辐射用到工频电磁场输变

这两天在国内主流的，崇洋其外但实质是不见市面的土包子的媒体的炒作下，有了个所
谓的美国骆大使住不起博鳌大酒店的事件，引起网上左右两派的激烈互喷。看到有人提
问关于美国政府公务出差的标准，觉得这才是问到了点子上了。俺无意对此事作是非判
断，只想列举一些事实。欢迎转发。
首先得承认，人家的制度确实比咱先进。为了控制公务员滥用公款，老美的差旅标准制
定的非常细致。根据不同的地区的消费水平，制定了相应的每日住宿和餐饮标准。在美
国国内，具体到了各个州以及主要城市。每个城市的酒店，每年制定酒店的政府价，就
是按照这个数字来定的。对于国外，由美国国务院定的标准也相当精细。比如说对中国
，几乎大部分中国主要城市都已有相应的标准。（见下表）。表内列出了每日住宿的限
额，食物和其他费用的限额，以及前两类费用的总额的上限。 对于海南，表中列出了
海口的标准。住宿的上限是181美元，餐饮及其他的上限是118美元，所以费用的上限是

都还好，我老还能做个大差不差，因为都是选择题，不难。
其中有一道99年英语选择题，我老没有把握。该题如下

B: Is that ___ you had a few days off?
四个选项，a，why； b，when； c，what； d，where
我老端详了一番，似乎abd都对的样子，意思都通。如果硬要选一个，只能从语法上考
虑来筛选，但我老想了想，似乎why没问题，但其他两个有问题吗？我老真没有把握了
。不过，选择题吗，既然why没错，就只有选它了。
我老一时来了兴趣，就让旁边的几个鬼子试试看，结果几个鬼子抓耳挠腮了半天，一致
结论是why,when,where都是对的。
这些人都是扬格鲁撒克逊土著，也都受过高等教育，按说不应该搞不定中学生的第二语
言试题。然而竟然被我天朝的英语高考题给难住了，当真是怪事一件。
