USCIS，他们应该有正确的地址，会告诉你应该怎么做。而且万一Cheng Zeng打电话给
USCIS查询，双方都知道问题出在哪里。

I think first of all, it is very unfair to compare Zeng Jinyan's book to
Dirac's book.
They are of completely different types. Dirac's book is one of the most
elegant books I have ever
read on any physics subjects, not just QM. He developed a very beautiful
formalism to do QM.
Even later books, such as Messiah or Sakurai, can not surpass it in presenting
this formalism, this

近日，朝阳检方通报，一名高级翻译利用英语优势诈骗外国人，涉嫌诈骗的齐某被批捕。
曾某收2万元房租
经警方了解，三名外国人都是在北京工作，在网上看到一名自称“James Zeng”的男子发布的出租房屋信息。随后，他们与“James Zeng”联系。“James Zeng”称，受房东委托出租房屋，看房后签租赁合同，一并交纳了2万多元租金。
见到真正的房东，三名外国人立即跟“James Zeng”联系，但怎么也联系不上。
房东称，他早把房子租给曾某，但曾某在交纳两次房租后就不交了，所以才找上门来。
骗得房租后出国
警方调查认为，曾某有重大作案嫌疑，在曾某回国下飞机时将其控制。
曾某真名为齐某某。他交代，从国内高校学习外语专业，毕业后即从事翻译工作至今。2011年底来京后，齐某办理了姓名为曾某的假身份证，并以该假身份租住位于朝阳区某小区的一套三居室。

今天真是痛快。不知不觉中打了7个game。
Game1: partner with David against Yeping
跟没有活动开有点儿关系吧，自己失误很多。连累了partner。
Game2: partner with nOn against Huaiwen
跟nOn在一起非常踏实。Huaiwen的网友搭档感觉不是非常强。但是Huaiwen太强了！
