from current level, which implies that GS believes that people will pile up
their money in US long-term treasury bonds(10-30 year).
Why? Because it's the only "safe" and "risk free" place to park your money!
(actually, this is the goal which O8 administration try to prove).
Then, on the other side, anything other than US treasury bonds is "unsafe".

After a climax run, 10-year treasury yield briefly reached 3.25% range
overnight. Next week, there are huge amount debts to be auctioned...
EURO-zone turmoil may temporarily calm down (I don't believe it's over yet).
..
However, stock will continue declining in near term (at least test yesterday
's low).
Conclusion: Cash is king!
