泳的朋友可以看看：
1. 水温最暖和的是Bellevue Aquatic Center。我喜欢这里的原因有三：1水温高，孩
子不冷。2有坡道和大面积的浅水池，不会游泳的孩子可以自己站住脚。3课程性价比
好，毕竟是官方的游泳池。
但从游泳池到洗澡的地方需要走一个通道，冬天的时候因为有风还是比较冷的。淋浴的
地方分两部分：非残疾人士和残疾人士。还专门有两个屋子是给异性家长和孩子（爸爸
带6岁以上的女儿或妈妈带6岁以上的儿子）单独使用的。喷头不错，珊珊喜欢有可以自
己拿在手里的软管喷头。

2.分布最广、有很多分店的是YMCA. Bel-Red路上就有一家。水温是正常的泳池温度，
就是比体温稍低。泳池旁边有个温泉池热乎乎的。泳池最浅的地方，5岁小孩子也没法

不好的是从泳池去淋浴和厕所，都需要走一个高高的楼梯，倒是没有风，但距离稍远。
不过淋浴的设施很好，单独隔间、有浴帘、软管喷头，而且还有泳衣烘干机。如果是会

问题是，几乎所有的after-school program都不接prek的孩子。YMCA是最通融的，也要
求最少要5岁。我的宝宝到八月份只有4岁10个月。到时候会有两个月的真空gap。即使
进到YMCA，我很担心我的宝宝进去后是最小的一个，会受欺负的。。。。 |

找课后托管的，YMCA就行。如果你指地课后的兴趣班，有好多呀，lego robotic,
karate, fencing, art, gymnastic,mad science, orchestra等，这些活动每个
semester稍微有些变化。他家chess非常强，所以还有chess class and club，够孩子
忙得了。
印度人确实多，也很积极，其次是中国人，黑人墨墨白人都少。 |

fitness每个月才$30，还没有initiation fee。也许我加入的正是时候吧。不过ymca可

五岁小孩，以前学过一些，还能坐住，老师也很有耐心很会教，我们觉得效果很好，可
惜因为搬家断了。
今天看了华夏的课表，开学后是周六和周日中午一个小时，大课，多少人不知道，都多
大孩子也不知道，我们往返路上就要一个小时，还耽误老二睡觉。
现在想看看哪里有私教愿意上门或者我们去他家（我家在medical center这里，最好不
要超过20分钟开车），每周一个半小时的样子，周中放学后或者周末都可以。
或者谁家孩子有大课觉得不错的也请推荐，最好是家长能陪上的，华夏的老师都语焉不
详，对这个课没底。
顺便也请推荐中文学校，游泳班，足球课（有一个别人推荐的ffp什么的，有点远，还
在犹豫，也在找其他的），周中最好。
我不打算办ymca的卡了，所以就不考虑ymca了，太贵。。。。 |

楼主打坝坝球的地点是指国内的大学体育场，美国的大学体育馆和YMCA这样的室内场地
（基本没有打过美国真正的街头篮球）。
自身水平只能说在中国的坝坝球玩家中属于中上，没有打过什么正式的比赛。
先说一些比赛形式上区别：
1：中国人喜欢打半场，美国人喜欢打全场
因为人多场少的原因，中国人一般打半场，也最喜欢打半场。
美国人如果有全场的条件一定打全场，哪怕是那种横跨球场的“伪全长”。
这一点看似是一个形式的问题，但是其实也揭示了中国玩家和美国玩家对认识篮球的一
个本质区别：
球是站着打的，还是跑着打的。(这一点接下来在阐述)
2: 中国人喜欢自己组队，美国人喜欢随机分队
中国打球的时候，一般是自己的几个朋友一组 （如果不够一组，再加上个别落单的人
）。
美国一般shoot for team， 或者偶尔shoot for captitans, 分组相对随机。
中国一旦发现球队之间水平差异过大，比赛失去竞技性，就喜欢主动的去平衡人员，
把球员按水平和个头分开。

一次伤了腰，就从去年夏天到今年年初，腰疼不断，时好时坏。严重时，开冰箱拿一加
仑的牛奶，都感觉到腰的肌肉被一拉得很疼。很烦恼。
第二，我试过的治疗腰疼的方法：

发帖数: 1347 | 49 2010年夏天，两个月，几乎每天去健身一小时， 从125减到109. 2011年夏天， 返回
到115,
2012年初夏， 返回到120, 要回国前一个月，减至117， 回国一个月， 天天吃暴，六
月底回来， 120.
七月初开始室外慢跑， 每天3英里， 40－50分钟， 有四周了，可惜我没太控制饮食，
带回来的小点心太多了， 还是119－120 之间。

人多的地方呢。 |
