Kissena）公園一張長凳休息期間飛來橫禍，身旁一棵60呎高橡樹突然倒塌，將她壓個
正著，她最終因為頭部重創不治，造成一屍兩命。她身旁一名女子也受輕傷，但她拒絕
送院。
對於今次塌樹慘劇，目擊者都震驚不已，事發時和朋友在附近的金姓男子Sam Kim表示
，他突然聽到巨大撞擊聲，立即跑到現場，看到一名女子臉朝下伏在地上，頭部血如泉
湧。未幾救護員接報到場，替她施行心肺復甦法急救，然後緊急送到附近的皇后區醫院
搶救，惜返魂乏術，終告不治。
事發於上周日旁晚，不幸慘死的孕婦是30歲的李映藝(Yingyi Li)，懷孕6個月。其20歲
的保加利亞裔丈夫迪科夫(Aleksandar Dikov)驚聞妻子噩耗，傷心不已。
暫時未悉該棵橡樹為何突然倒塌，但已知樹齡高達70年，公園局人員正調查該樹的健康

Li, Yingyi, 音译）在公园长椅上休息，不料身后一棵巨型橡树突然倒下，正好被砸中
，送医后宣布死亡。路过该地的另一名女子也不幸被树枝砸伤，目前伤势稳定。案发时
根据国家天气气象中心数据显示，案发地当时的风速最大为每小时25英里。

内容提要：自 1978年以来，中国经济快速增长。这是没有争议的。争议比较大的
问题是中国经济增长的机制。研究中国的西方经济学家和其他学者有一个共识，即中国
的发展 不同于甚至挑战强调私有经济和金融自由的一般经济学理论。文章基于大量文
献和一定的数据研究，认为私有经济、金融自由化、产权的安全性甚至政治制度的改革
实际上在中国经济起飞过程中起了核心的作用。但是文献研究也表明，中国在20世纪
80年代开始施行的一些行之有效的改革措施，比如在农村的金融开放，在 20世纪90年
代全部被逆转了。20世纪90年代发生的中国农村改革的逆转对中国经济增长的构成和中
国向市场经济的转型步伐产生了巨大的影响。

编者按：本刊在2001年第6期发表了钱颖一教授的《经济学科在美国》一文受到热烈反响
，多家报纸和许多网站纷纷转载。一些读者表示，这篇文章对于他们了解美国经济学科教
育的情况是非常有意义的信息。在我国加入世界贸易组织的时代，教育部门不久前提出了
“本科教育要创造条件使用英语等外语进行公共课和专业课教学”，目的是为适应经济全
球化和科技革命的挑战，按照“教育面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”的要求，培养专
门人才。经济学（包括金融）显然是非常重要的学科。如何使我国经济学人才培养适应时

FDI (and exports). But Qian Yingyi of Berkeley says this is nonsense, because
the proportion of FDI in China's total investment is very small

rumored as Qian's "young wife". Based on that blog, it is not true.
Maybe Qian has a young wife now, but not this girl who has appeared on CCTV.
Other than being a master student@SEM_THU, she seems to have nothing to do
with Qian in personal life. |

篇paper才100多次，yingyi qian刨去书，前10个paper都比hongbin cai的那篇cite的
多，这还不够说明问题的？ |
