My PD became current in last VB. My girl friend's PD is becoming current now.
Last evening we went out and had a dinner in mid-town after knowing all PDs
are current. During the dinner, I proposed to her after living together for
about 3 yrs. She said "YES".
Since my PD was current last VB, I weighted the option that we get married,
then we submit 485 so that she does not have to worry about her PD any more.

我有退路转H4但受家庭压力很大（不展开讲了），而且还是有一丝希望找到下家，最重
要的是想FILE NIW,目前准备进度达到80%，只等再赚1-2封推荐信.

是完全不同的。你能发誓这个答案是正确的吗？很多人觉得这些是public assistance。
反正填了没有害处。反正Medicaid、WIC、Food stamps这些东西不会被considered for
public charge purposes。为什么不如实填写？
如果填yes是错的，没有所谓，反正人家会看你附上的解释。但是如果填no是错的，就
是移民欺骗。
