Attached is a list I got via googling.
I have personally being to the Kashkar in Brighton Beach. It is a Uzbek
restaurant. But the chiefs r from Urumqi. So if your request, they will
be able to prepare it in Xinjiang style you want. They do serve Nang,
good ones!
(ps: the health code in this place is less then recomputable.)
Arzu and Isik Kol sounds more authentic Xinjiang judging by the name.
But I've got no references.
