现在已经有混乱，但是好像国际媒体早已经开始用Hu Jintao了。
但是Hu Jintao大家知道，如果是Wang Xiaoer估计会带来confusion，外国读者会不会
认为Xiaoer是family name?
另外是不是考虑规范统一二字以上名字，拼音中加－？比如Hu Jin-Tao? 因为中国人名
字的两个字是有文化含义的，比如锦是辈分，涛才是名字，而Jintao就分不清了。
