Saturday 10/08. You can't get the headphones if you buy online or by phone.
If you call you can get the subs and enclosure for the same price. I called
but didn't feel like hassling with the phone guy anymore.

ESPP其实有两个Taxable Events，一个是你公司每半年grant event，另一个是你hold一
段时间后sell event。前一个一般会反映在你的W2上，直接算income tax，每年报税的
时候就已经cover了这部分差价（discount）的gain。
现在决定sell，你算gain的时候就要选对cost basis，然后看哪些shares是qualify fi
xed long term capital gain tax。
指望股价低甚至亏来省税，如果抱这种心态，为何不现在就立马全卖掉，然后投资一些
更稳妥的MF？其实很多人包括我自己都是在ESPP grant的那一天就立马卖掉锁定discou
nt的gain，然后分散风险投资，就像我上面提到的，你从grant那天起其实就已经完成了
第一次taxable event，后面就是重新用自己的钱买公司股票。 |

发帖数: 17667 | 29 KDE5 4.9照样是没法用，太多问题了， 稳定性也很差。 到现在还在用kbuntu 14.04,
KDE4基本就是顶峰，功能强大，兼容性强。话说unity, cinnamon, 和 Mate到现在了，
很多十几二十年前的基本功能还他妈没实现，真不知干什么吃的，一天到晚哗众取宠。
但是 KDE5不一样了，自己搞出来的时候基本就半成品，好多KDE4的功能都要么消失了
，要么不稳定，很多KDE4上就存在的app还没有移植到KDE5. 习惯多年的多桌面也不行
了，说是强制改成activity, 但好歹你把以前桌面功能实现全了再强制吧，有没有新
feature我们都能忍，旧feature消失就太招恨了。和 GTK以及Gnome的开发者又都谈崩
了，与他们的很多东西不兼容。总之系统莫名crash不断，不能忍了, bug report 之后
就是各方扯皮，自己fix吧，问题在上游，难道我自己把所有软件都fork出来... 中文
输入则更是一塌糊涂，fcitx以前弄挺轻松的，现在费劲才弄好，唉结果最终还是决定
不能用KDE5了，因为用了它很多非KDE软件就伺候不好了, 不说了都是泪。kubuntu ... 阅读全帖 |
