学习到一半，建立各种 written lexicon 联系的时候，因为过去的 proactive
interference (这里是 context clue)的影响，出现困难。
在学习阶段，hyperpragmatixia disorder 通常在有 meaningful context 的情况下，
performance 比没有 meaningful context 的情况要好。
在学习阶段，hyperpragmatixia disorder 通常在 receptive written language 的

（1）首先是接受事实，这是个 developmental disorder / issue。帮助娃 manage it
，但不可能 get rid of it。（不要试图一脚踹飞上帝）。
（2）尽管 hyperpragmatixia disorder 学习过程中有 written lexicon 的问题，这
不等于就可以跳过普通娃 written lexicon 的阶段。hyperpragmatixia disorder 应
该 receive same amount / format of written lexicon education，即使 written
lexicon 的成绩较低一些。建议就是只要能及格，走普通班道路，接受现状。一般不用
Special Education，也不要妄想 Gifted Education。

＊做Trial by Written Declaration
＊如果Trial by Written Declaration输了，重新上庭
＊如果上庭输了，向法官要求traffic school
你先要亲自去法庭plead not guilty、交罚款、和要求Trial by Written Declaration
的表，或通过邮件plead not guilty、交罚款、和要求Trial by Written Declaration
的表。
收到表之后有几个星期给你写你的declaration。写什么无所谓。只要不要认错或说谎
就行了。
收到决定之后，如果输了，有一段时间给你要求trial de novo，就是上庭，重新争一
遍，跟一开始一样。上庭就希望警察不来。 |

什么的，说的我们这些普通人总觉得很拗口。:)
室友太吵那个我向房东complain过，房东说如果我跟室友之间有written agreement的
话，他才能干预，否则的话法律上他不能管这个事。因为这个室友当初是我自己找的，
入住前都口头说好的，没有任何written agreement，谁知道这个人习惯非常恶劣，厨
房卫生什么就不说了。所以我实在没有办法。

发帖数: 12623 | 30 其实做Trial by Written Declaration的主要目的就是博警察不回答。有很大可能（可
能有1/3的时候）警察不回答，跟着你就赢了。警察不写declaration的机率比不上庭的
机率更大。所以就算你没有任何好写的，也应该走Trial by Written Declaration，可
以只写你坚持自己无罪。很多时候会赢。任何情况下不要认罪（“我只开快一点点”就
是认罪），也不要说谎（不要说“我没有超速”或“我没有开那么快”）；可以说“我
没有印象开那么快”。还有Trial by Written Declaration的另一个好处就是输了可以
再上庭，所以没有害处，免费多一个机会赢。
如果是basic speed law（22350），有些无论事实是什么样的都可以用的技术上的对付
方法。第一是basic speed law没有说你要开什么具体速度；只要说你开的安全速度。
45开62不知道可不可信。第二是关于speed survey那个。无论你多不安全、多有罪，只
要他们没有符合这个speed survey要求，就不能用雷达抓你。你在declaration上可以

变这个。
以前也有人问过关于这个一模一样的几句话。觉得有可能是想说If your appearance
is mandatory才you are not eligible for a Trial by Declaration，但是打的语法
不好，漏了“and”和多了个句号。（但是其实这样也是错的。就算arraignment的
appearance是mandatory，trial也可以是by written declaration的。）
反正你不用管就是了。
arraignment就是plead guilty或not guilty的。可以亲自去arraignment或通过邮件
plead guilty或not guilty。跟着如果你plead not guilty就有trial。trial可以in
court或by written declaration。（跟着如果by written declaration输了还可以要

她的理由是，应该是6月底提前20天写written notification，而不是lease结束的前20
天。我们认为是lease结束前20天给个written notification，在上过月底交了个
written notification。是个小兵办的。上周有去交了这个月到17号的房租，还是这个
经理算的钱。当时她也没有吱声。没有想到，今天她居然提到是6月底提前的20天，说
这是WA的法律规定的，也就是应该6月10几号就写written notification而不是到6月底
才写。kao，什么世道，如果不让我们搬走，当初早说啊，也不在乎多住1周。
但我们也不管了，把钥匙给她，今天就出来了。
想问几个问题：
1. 有没有人有类似的经验，跟房东argue，或是到那里找个处理这种lease纠纷的律师
，虽然就700、800块，但实战不想让这种人赚。
2. 她有我们的SSN，我们就是不交最后2周的房租，比较搬出来了，最坏的结果是什么？

下几个职位。公司地址在635&75附近，业绩不错，发展挺快。以前招人面试还比较容易
，现在筛选越来越严。所以倾向于

上周五收到dream学校UCB的contract，我立马签了寄出。
周六发信给另一家学校UCSB拒绝。SB的口头offer上个月中旬就发了，我表示极大兴趣
希望收到written offer， 于是SB的dean估计以为我要一定回去。
我在等待SB的written contract期间，收到B校的offer及contract的。而SB的contract
至今也没收到。前天给SB的校dean写信拒绝，说没收到他的contract，并决定去B校了
。SB的dean回信，说我太不professional了，所说我的行为严重影响到我个人，我系及
我校的名声，说要告知我系主任和导师。我回信道歉了，SB的dean今早又回了，更加言
辞激励说后果严重，并已经写信告诉我校校长和dean了。我也觉得挺歉意的，但是懒的
再回他了。

It wasn't fully compiled and finished until about 382 AD. It is actually widely believed that Revelations was written before the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. This verse is true, but when it says "This Book" it is referring to the book of Revelations, not the whole Bible, which wasn't even a book when this was written.
