I am pretty sure Brady has once complained about balls got pumped to hard in
the past. This probably led 猪头Wells to come up with the shit like "more

、老莫孩子不说了，还有韩国人，东南亚的，印度人，甚至还有女孩（他们队有一年的
kicker，遇到过其他对的女孩LB），唯独没碰到过老中的孩子。咱们练体育不是为了上
学加分啥的，我觉得主要是为了build character，football，wrestling和cross
country是我认为最好的三项运动（in that order），而且不像很多其它运动，我相信
多数孩子通过努力都能找到自己的位置。

不知道你说的擂台是不是UFC这样的，如果是的话，那不光UFC，还有其他大部分MMA比
赛，都不用戴拳套，只需要戴一种露指手套（最开始的UFC是连手套都不用戴的）。
UFC里摔跤出身的选手不要太多了。。。现任重量级冠军Brock Lesnar
以前就是NCAA wrestling冠军。

技术应用会很广泛，不必说BJJ所涉及的LOCK,PIN,HOLD等SUBMISSION技术。这个视频演
示的还是在MMA规则之中的，除了攻击GROIN，FINGER FLICK等。
确切说是Small joint manipulation .

lantianhe 说为啥看不到MMA 用懒扎衣， 可能是确实不是那么容易擒拿吧， 个人觉得
在双方都精力集中的情况下， 纯擒拿确实不易

大概知道地方， local如果有小伙伴还能说当地有啥好的
东西两岸选择比较多， 中部， 中西部可能就少点了
6-7岁一个正规的馆子就行了， 毕竟是打基础的时候， 真正的东西可能学的不多
老师要有BIO， 没有是不行的，
如果小馆子，没有专车接送，离家近就挺关键
正规馆子， 联系场旁边都有guest area，
你去旁看娃的课， 然后再旁看成年人的课， 然后问问带娃的家长老师的情况 |

找个好点的馆子随便练练柔韧， 平衡和协调， 我觉得6-7 岁练 攻击性， 耐力和抗打
都还太早啊， 个人意见
如果去tournament 这么小的， 就是腰上绑2个带子， 然后谁先把对方的扯掉就算赢
很可爱很搞笑的 |
