现代搏击术讲究的是技术全面，没有漏洞。站立技术要强，地面技术也要好。各种搏击
比赛比如拳击，散打，踢拳，自由搏击（kickboxing），摔跤，柔道，巴西柔术（BJJ
）等等，就数UFC是最少限制了。UFC可以站立格斗，也可以地面打斗。选手被放倒在地
上还可以继续揍，可以锁喉（rear naked choke），三角锁（arm bar）等等都可以用
。但是也还是有限制，比如不可以打后脑，背部，不可以攻击裆部，戳眼睛等等。如果
你看UFC的话你就知道，巴柔世界冠军基本没有UFC冠军获得者（title holder）?
Fabricio Werdum获得过多次BJJ世界冠军，号称是UFC地面最强，还不是被人干翻？
Ronaldo Souza获得过多次世界BJJ冠军，到现在为止还没获得过UFC冠军。你可以把人
放倒（takedown），别人也可以防止你放倒（takedown defense）。只有技术全面的才
