Longman里的worth只有两个用法介词preposition和不可数名词。看来动词和形容词的
词性都被忽略了。可见最常用的用法是介词，对不起大家我误导你们了。不过用来造句
还是一样，用系动词。

刚才看见一个贴子里说：“It doesn't worth it”。这句话好象是我们中国人说英语最
爱犯的错误之一，不知道为什么大家都不约而同地认为worth是一个动词。你们自己问一
下，有多少人犯这个错误。
简单查一下字典，worth有四种词性：动（不及物）、名、形容词和介词。
其中作为不及物动词用，是50年前的古英语，用得非常少，比如woe worth。
作为名词，中文的意思是价值，基本上要有个东西来形容是“什么的”价值。比如a do
llar worth of candy. The sense of self worth.
