In my case, I work for a big company(fortune 500) but its welfare is always
not so good which means employee have to pay more.
I am paying 5000+ for 3 people in 2010 and I paid 4500+ for 2009. It
increased 17% in one year while my salary stays same. Similar thing happened
from 2008-2009.(they increased deductible, co-pay etc)
I also heard Cisco's insurance is getting worsen too.
The problem is: it is getting more and more expensive anyway no matter your
