services for either Visa or Mastercard, before your order is acknowledged.
FRAUD is what comes into my mind.
A workaround may be to create an account before you place your order. Beats
me. Called their online customer service number, but spent so long on hold,
I gave up. This issue is not related to Dealsea's link, which itself works
fine. So, I don't know if my order went through or not.

都处于灰色地带，而没有定论。另外可能因为这个东西触及商业和移民两块，所以只精

首先是我自己的情况：我H1B，LD H4。绿卡还遥遥无期。目前我们和两个LLC有关系。
公司A是三个股东：2个美国公民和我LD，各人1/3 interest，今年早些时候成立，大家
共同的业务，正在开展中；公司B是两个股东：一个美国公民和我自己，刚刚成立，是
我自己的业务，找公民主要是考虑我的H1B，我自己98% interest。两个公司都是做服
务的，没有产品也不卖东西。
我现在自己的理解如下：
1. H/F之类的签证，投资美国的C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC之类的理论上都是允许的，这个

之前 ios不许往里倒程序，只能往外倒。有的解释器就从它的copy paste走，还有的走
它的bookmark什么的。这还是没实力的找的workaround.
能搞universal turing machine的，很难封。
我个人的判断是不好封。msft可以预装IE,但是一旦自己不发展这个技术，那立即就被
别人走了。最后应该是协商解决。
这里的关键问题是。用户的通信录是私人财产。但是送给了腾讯。
没有送给aapl,goog。国家也不会允许送给aapl,goog
另外Google play store在国内压根没戏。人人都是app store太多了。
百度华为联想都有

如果算的话，turbotax 里怎么填？ 我在“personal info” 里 dependent ->
citizenship status 选 "Neither of the above", 然后 turbotax 就说不能把父母算
dependent. Any workaround?

前的EAD都是6月初过期。我因为刚生了二宝，本来计划是等老公renew了OPT extension
后，把我的身份转成F2。现在的问题是，我老公两个月前申请了OPT extension,可是目
前还在pending。联系了USCIS,说是目前的速度是要三个月批OPT。咨询了老公学校的
OISS，人家直接建议买机票回国，说是OPT extension比OPT批的慢，五个月都说不准。
如果真的能三个月批下来，因为我的OPT还有60天grace period,那么再交485转F2还来
得及；如果真的像OISS所说要五个月那就超过60天的grace period。
真心求教有没有办法在opt grace period过期后合法短期留美的workaround啊，哪怕就
是能多争取一、两个月，应该就能等来老公的EAD，这样我就能办F2了。谢谢！ |

不过其实他斗争手段一般般。烦他的人多的很，不止我一个。慢慢他已经成为
众矢之地。以前是我在一线跟他针锋相对地掐架的，现在只需要在别人跟他掐
的时候煽风点火或者补一刀就行了。
我倒是左右逢源在公司势力越来越大。刚刚得了promotion. 今年review我要了
好几万来给手底下的人涨薪水也二话不说就被批了，还价都不用。我们公司一向
比较抠。
而他前几个月被降级了。我当初就想，都被挤掇成这样了，怎么还不走啊。他降
我升，他对我已完全没有威胁，背后打我小报告也没人听他的了。对我呲毛我都
都懒的理他。就是他要是惹我手下的人那我绝不姑息。
星期五他gave notice了。烦了这么多年的人终于要走了。这个感觉很奇怪。难道
在战斗中形成了友谊么？
恩，不过还有两个星期。阶级斗争的弦要绷的紧紧的。一天没走就一天不算完事。
而且临走兴风作浪的人也是大大滴。

政治斗争客观存在，不是咱不看它它就能消失了的。
比如吧，这个极品，号称自己represent business，经常不跟任何人商量就跟
客户把target date敲定。需要3个月能干好的活，他说一个月以后go live，完
成不了我们公司会付罚款。然后developer说做不出来，他就上窜下跳跟所有VP
甚至CEO说公司的DEV team没用。
这样的时候，你说我站出来摆事实讲道理地说不对的是他，这叫袒护手下吗？
再说了，我就是袒护手下怎么了？在模棱两可其实应该各打50大板的时候，我就是
会护着我的人。project出了问题，如果真是我的人的错，我就是会尽量在没有太多
人知道之前赶紧弄好。
再比如，他完全没有software development的经验和常识，可是他非要design

2) Addition of 10000 Visas.

验。
最后老板的workaround是先办EB3，过两年把我promote一级，再办一个perm。但是
promote后公司的要求是8年经验，我虽然来公司之前是8年经验，但是第一都是在国内
的经验，第二，有些做过的公司都不在了。到时候我的这些经验咋弄？找个以前的同事
写个reference letter能搞定么？

如果你自己不犯错，不说谎，难道人家没有眼睛吗？
公司的事急，你自己不能急，急了反而把事情搞坏了。
如果有重要的事情，冷静下来，想想对策，换一个methodology，
至少找一个能管一阵子的workaround，buy some time and relax，然后给出一个final solution。
而且往往实际情况可能没有对方说的那么急。
