插进我的lane。可是大拖车旁边的一个突出来的钩子把我车前面的bumper给勾
了下来，bumper也裂掉了。对方车没有什么破坏。
我下车跟拖车司机要交涉，他打手势说开到前面几百米的一个街上，估计是不想堵
塞交通。我们开到前面的小区街上。打电话给911。然后互相交换了保险信息。那个
司机态度很好，一直说对不起。等了近1个小时也没有警察出面。我看那个司机态度
好，我们也共识说是他的问题，就各自走了。后来1个多小时后警察打电话告诉我到了。
后来报了保险公司，说了事故情况。保险公司问有没有witness，我说没有，因为当时
两辆车都开走了，没有等到警察，也没有问后面的车要做witness。去修车铺估价修理
需要600美元，我付500美元的deduction。

在麻州。1个多月前跟一个大拖车发生了轻微碰撞。当时是红灯，我在左边lane慢行
预备停车，离红灯还有几个车位的距离。我要左拐。中间和右边的lanes只能前行。
中间lane一个大拖车突然左拐，插入我的lane。我赶紧停车，看着大拖车慢慢的
插进我的lane。可是大拖车旁边的一个突出来的钩子把我车前面的bumper给勾
了下来，bumper也裂掉了。对方车没有破坏。

事情是这样的，圣诞前某个早上，我们这里大雾，能见度很低，大约20~30米左右。
我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没

before close the claim。我该给么？我认为她可能会问我的witness当时情况。我怕
witness只要说错哪个细节，我会被判lost。

家里有枪的，伤害自己家人或者朋友的概率，是伤害可能的坏人的概率的22倍！！！
也就是说，你家的枪，统计上来说，如果能用来打死1个坏人之前，先打死22个自己家
里人再说。拥枪的WSN们，你的枪，很可能被你老婆吵架的时候用来爆你的头，或者被
你孩子用来爆你们夫妻的头，就像康州的凶手一样；真正遇到坏人，也增加自己被枪杀
的概率，坏人本来不想杀你，见你想拿枪，先爆头再说

你说你在那hov lane上已经开开停停，速度也不快，那么后面的车撞你尾部，应该是比
较均匀的，怎么你右后方受损严重，而左后方基本没事？与之对应的是你车的左前方要
比右前方受损严重，感觉你的车和lane并不是完全平行的
当然我说有点不一致是因为你这种情况也有可能是你后方的车在道的偏右方，而你的车
比较靠lane的左方，也会造成这个效果
最后，都是中国人，给你一点主意，你这次可能要请律师，但是侧重点不是要证明
witness撒谎（这是根本不可能的，没有律师愿意这样打），而是要证明witness看错了
，记错了，或者看错车了，要给予witness精神压力，让witness回忆细节，以证明车祸
发生的时候，witness由于shock出现感情拨动造成记忆不准，这样你还有胜算。
你最大的问题是你犯规再先，从cops到judge都已经或会对你产生偏见。。。这官司有
点难打，不过如果你以前记录不错，还是可以实施看的
最后的最后，你自己也再回忆一下到底是不是你自己的责任。。。美国很多人是很鸡毛

As someone who has been critical of what I have perceived as the media’s
rush to judgment against Joe Paterno in the Jerry Sandusky scandal, I was
very eager to hear the results of the report by former FBI director Louis
Freeh. My primary concern through all of this is that the case against
