11：30的时候参加了Taliesin的Hillside Tour，一路听了无数Wright的八卦:-)
Taliesin是Wright开办的建筑学校的名字（能授予硕士学位的正规大学），是个
boarding school，还有一个分校在Arizona。5-10月暖和的时候，学生们就回到
Wisconsin，而漫长的冬天，他们则在Arizona的沙漠里度过。
导游真好，给我们介绍了很多知识，而我印象最深的就是：建筑学首先属于理科，其次
才是艺术或者其他~ Hillside的几处大厅都采用无房梁结构以扩大内部面积，屋顶的所
有重量全部通过倒三角支架转移到边角的几根石柱上，而且支架和石柱之间的接触面非
常小。还有外面的一个Windmill，瘦瘦高高。因为这一带风非常大，当时没有人相信这
个Windmill能survive风暴。但是Wright说，他在对着最强劲风的西南方向设计了一个
角度，能刚好化解风的力气，把风力发散开去，他说他的Windmill至少可以呆25年。当
地的农民每次Storm过后都要来看这个玩意倒了没有^-^ 可是直到现在，Windmill仍然

比如某个酱油自由泳扑腾组，主流是在搞 Windmill Motion 这种
不正确的姿势。

这里的CABIN很难定，尤其是大的，只有两个，我们起先没定到，两周前老公不死心无
意中点进去发现突然空了，
估计是前面的人退房了，我们才抢了进去。后来有朋友再要定连单间都搞不定了。
为什么选这里？
1。5月底天气还凉，不适合湖边CABIN。若干年前同样的周末去DOORCOUNTY结果穿羽绒
服在湖边吹冷风，从此不考虑。
2。路近且沿途有可玩之处。DOWNTTOWN过去也就2小时，西郊北郊的更近。
3。周围景点非常多。我们这次去的我把LINK都附在文中了，另外还有很多，时间关系
搞不定了。
说说我们的行程，一贯我的唐人作风。：）
周六：早上出门的，先去了SCHUMBERG的LEGOLAND（我们的年票要到期了），去过太多
次，老公觉得无聊要求去换油，结果弄到一点半才回来，因为有新的电影，所以老公换
油回来又看了场电影，结果就是弄到两点多才离开。午饭是在LEGO里面解决的，所以出

在其他论坛看到的几个世界级 fighter训练用得lift combo, 收集了一下，这些combo
用kettlebell最方便，也可以用杠铃。他们特点如下：
1。 combo中每个动作连接非常smooth, 中间没有一点阻滞。
2。 每个combo可以锻炼到全身各个部位。
3。每个combo可以全面锻炼到各种能力，包括爆发力，耐力，纯力量，心肺功能， 柔
韧性，灵敏性，平衡性，协调性等等
4。非常高效，一次运动30分钟就够了
combo如下：
1。 snatch-overhead squat- sots press
2. clean-front squat-press
3. clean-press-front squat
4. snatch-windmill-press-overhead squat
5. snatch-reverse turkish getup-windmill
每个combo每个作5个repeat， 大概就可以累个半死了 |

Windmill Effect本身最高的ideal energy output是风力的57%，但是旋翼在旋转的时
候是有profile power consumption的，叶片越多，profile power要求就越大。同样的
桨叶，如果是3片，可能5mph的风就可以吹动，但是如果是6片，就可能动不了。
另一方面，旋翼本身造价很高，太多的旋翼虽然可能提高电力产量，但是单位cost就很
高。要知道，windmill农场不是一台两台，而是成百上千。旋翼的fatigue损耗很厉害
，用不了多久就要换新的。所以3叶旋翼是最常见的。
至于旋翼本身的形状，也就是受这些东西的影响。
至于高度，那是因为地面有viscosity layer，风速比较低，超过一定的高度，比如30
