论中国对美国的持久战
中国在抗日战争爆发后，国民党内惧日恐日派横行，更有汪精卫等干脆就当了投降派，
面对敌强我弱的现实， 毛泽东深思熟虑后写下了战略名篇， 《论持久战》，对于抗
日战争划分了三个阶段， 战略防御， 战略相持， 战略反攻， 而抗日战争实际也是这
么进行的。
今天的中国面对的是更强大更先进更狡猾的敌人， 美帝国主义。美国正采用经济侵略
， 金融诈骗掠夺， 政治军事外交围堵， 鼓动周边战争，收买中国卖国者，掌控媒体
制造卖国舆论， 鼓动中国内部疆独，藏独， 台独， 以至到最近直接煽动在中国新疆
的恐怖主义。
今天中国面对美国的战争是全方位的， 从军事经济金融政治间谍战心理战文化渗透到
恐怖活动， 所以中国面临的危机也是空前的，美国今天并不是要把中国人从肉体上完
全灭亡（不过，我不排除美帝有这样极端的想法，因为在75新疆恐袭中就是极端的暴 |

再立一个新法: 反金融恐怖主义法
我觉得此法可以列在国家反恐怖主义法下作为一个子法． 金融恐怖主义: Monetary
Terrorism. 此法目的是防止和制裁某些国家, 组织和个人利用金融手段洗劫中国国家
组织个人财富, 保护的是中国国家组织个人财富安全, 因为财富安全跟生命安全紧密相
连.
1, 任何国家, 组织和个人不得利用非法金融手段洗劫中国国家组织个人财富
2. 任何国家, 组织和个人若利用非法金融手段洗劫中国国家组织个人财富的, 中国将
其列入金融恐怖主义黑名单,并全球通缉犯罪嫌疑人，并追缴非法所得．
3, 全球应该联合打击金融恐怖主义, 象索罗斯旗下的量子对冲基金, 就是一个大有嫌
疑的金融恐怖主义组织.
4,任何协助国际金融恐怖主义分子洗劫中国国家组织个人财富的个人, 会没收非法所得
, 并处一年到二十年的有期徒刑, |
