I compared the Pioneer SP-BS41-LR ($149.99/pair) with my trusty entry-level

Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 ($350/pair), which I reviewed in the July 2011 issue.
The Paradigm Atom v.5 had a midrange richness similar to that of the Pioneer

quality—its highs weren't as extended or as clean as the SP-BS41-LR's—and

Rollover IRA is much better than 401K.
You have much wider fund selection.
The best choice for IRA is wells fargo (open a PMA checking at the
same time, keep all combined balance > 25k, you get 100 free trades
each year for every account you have). The free trade apply to
stock and mutual fund (including vanguard, Fidelity, etc).
For example, a couple each has a traditional IRA and Roth IRA.
If combined balance in all 4 accounts > 25k,
you have 100 free trade for each account. |

A dude in California bought a house for $804k and closed near
the end of Nov 2009, in order to get the $8k credit. However,
during the closing process, on Nov 6 or 7, the $8k credit was
extended and exposed to a wider range of buyers. However, a
clause was added: the house must be below $800k. The new law
was effective immediately.
So that unfortunately dude was robbed $8k out of nowhere before

I always design the hood to be at least 3 inch wider than each side of
cooktop, (so 36 inch wide vent for 30 inch range or 42 inch wide hood for 36
inch wide cooktop). This is for several reasons, 3 inch over hang on either
side can remove more smell, moisture, heat easily and at lower fan speed.
The cabinets on either side is less affected by the cooking, heat and
moisture can destroy the finish |

Choose your location carefully, since magnolias are very hard to move. Depth
is not much of an issue, but the roots will spread out as wide as the crown

old, well-established trees can radiate out hundreds of feet from the base,
