个人背景：
二流美国大学PhD毕业，在学校时候做的是计算机体系结构和并行计算（偏programming
/system software）。现在一中等偏上规模的半导体公司做硬件设计性能验证和性能分
析相关的工作（偏micro-architecture）。除了平常的技术工作之外，也参与一些项目
管理的工作。
对现在工作主要的concern有
1.半导体行业竞争非常激烈，很少有公司能长期独领风骚。而且现在来自中国和台湾的
竞争力逐渐加强。长期来看（5-10年）公司前景不很清楚。
2.基于目前工作的内容（尤其是技术上的），除了个别的几个公司有类似的位置之外，
跳槽可供选择的机会较少。
想请教大家的是
1.大公司里硬件设计性能验证和性能分析的位置一般能做到多久，能做到什么位置？个
人感觉,从技术角度来讲，这个位置和经验累积有比较大的关系，应该是时间长经验多
对工作会有所帮助。但是除了技术经验的累积，该怎么理解工作的稳定性和career
ladder？

了，sony什么的还得加把劲才有机会。
说gopro是hype这个没什么太大问题，毕竟市场不大，但是如果你有filming这个需求的
话（不论是拍娃拍朋友还是拍自己），wearable action camera比手机/摄像机方便的
不是一点半点。夸张一点说，gopro是用相机卖mount，是mount开拓了gopro市场，这一
点上别家真心比不了。 |

远的东西大家没兴趣看，所以我还是写近代一点的。就从2020左右开始说吧。
大家都知道，本世纪初开始的聪明手机潮，带动著手游冲击传统游戏的市场，电脑游戏
业跌入低谷。随后, 手机市场又因为穿戴设备的黄金二十年的到来而末落。手机前业从
2015年苹果iPhone 6s的高峰后开始以惊人的速度下滑，Nokia倒了，摩托罗拉倒了，
Qualcomm 倒了，微软退出手机市场，印度字母公司(那时是美国公司，叫Google)不做
手机硬件了。到了2025年，传统手机销量下跌到只有2015的一半。在手机市场的大公司
只剩下苹果，三星，小米和小强一般神奇赖活著的黑莓。
首先出现的穿戴设备是 Wearable flex screen。软屏的工艺成熟，能造出像厚皮革一
