买那种土豆完全取决于你要怎么做： 炸薯条，烤土豆，炒土豆，蒸土豆还是煮土豆。
首先，总体来说说如何挑选土豆。首先要挑饱满，紧实有质感的，表面要干净，眼越少
越好。 发芽的不要，眼多的不要，发绿有条纹的不要，局部发软烂掉的不要，被切过
的或者有伤口的不要，有开裂的不要…… Size A的土豆是大个的，直径大于5.5cm（
2 ¼ inch）; Size B 的土豆直径在1 ½ ~ 2 ¼ inch 之间。 Size C
的土豆或者叫Creamer，是小个头的土豆，直径在3/4 ~ 1 5/8 inch 。 还有的土豆包
装袋上会印上grade，这是采用了USDA grading system， U.S. No 1的土豆长相好看，
No.2 的土豆做起来需要去皮，切等工序。
买回来的土豆要放在阴暗的角落里，因为光照会促进土豆生成叶绿素，土豆会变绿，变
苦。储存土豆最佳的温度是在10~18℃， 最好不要把土豆放在冰箱里，在低于4℃时，

发帖数: 401 | 41 星期二去城里办护照，顺道去了心仪很久金门公园里的科学馆。本来想着25美刀的入门
卷，又是周二工作日，应该没有
什么人，结果还是人山人海，看热带雨林要排35分钟的队，天文馆的票子更是早早发光
，连站排候补都是一长串的人。
科学馆其实并不是很大，有些东拼西凑的感觉，像一楼的非洲馆，就很像是从DC的
smithsonian自然博物馆里搬过来
的。

我比较喜欢的是它里面的水族馆，看到一些以前没有见过的动物。
排排站好，领导训话了！

我最喜欢的是水族馆地下有一个拱形的玻璃通道，游客可以坐在两旁的凳子上休息并看
着各式各样的鱼从身旁头顶掠
过。
好奇
只可惜地下光线阴暗，又大多隔着玻璃照片，所以基本上都用了1600的ISO，噪点比较
大了。
