完成6组 4分钟的interval（3分钟骑，1分钟recovery). 250watts, 270w,,290w,300w,
310w,320watts. 我没敢试试330， 怕抽筋和恐怖的170的心跳。
320watts 时候心跳是165(这就是我自行车的LT）. 相信到4月份， 我能达到350 watts
,心跳170的LT。
如果是1分钟骑，3分钟recovery, 上周我380 watts 的心跳是157. 那么到4月初，400
watts应该心跳也在157或者更少。
与2011年11月18日相比，大腿肌肉耐力明显提高。昨天晚上离开熟悉的自行车店，气温
是零下20.
大脑中还是夏天许多人聚集在这里准备group riding 的场面。 25年前，我打球练球，
把一个个town里的高手给比下去了。现在我好像又在重复什么似的。

一个手机基站的发射功率取决于上面antenna的多少。对外面的影响取决于塔的高度及
周围的环境。所以距离是个很大影响因素。我侧过一个手机塔400外的地方读数为0.02-
0.05微瓦/平方厘米。家里的router5米以内的读数是0.07-0.2微瓦/平方厘米。贴着
router的地方读数更高。我更有无聊的拿着仪器去曼哈顿，基本背景读数就是0.03-0.
04，走过的有Madion Ave, Park Ave.如果到有看得见天线的地方就更强。
其实电视塔的发射更强，可是不是很多人愿意买如明珠塔，cn tower旁有view的房子？
关键手机塔，高压线塔太难看。这种手机天线如果在大城市会很密集的，如果因为这个
不买，就没地方住了。可以用antenna search .com 去看看。但是话说回来，如果因为
这个心理有疙瘩，那么真的会引起生理变化。听过个例子是有个女的看见家里附近建高

当时心跳才150， 功率是290 watts. 我以为我还能再上两个4分钟的interval, 310
watts 和330 watts.边上一个girl 也搞到300 watts.
这是我骑车第一次抽筋。原因很复杂。 直接原因是早上7 miles group running.
一个月前坐 spin scan, 我也push 到 290 watts，心跳都到了170. 当时是马拉松后的
recovery.
虽然冬天的base training, 我都是easy riding, 但是3月份要开始搞强度训练。

我一般控制在 150 -200 watts。
下坡拼命蹬，上坡慢慢摇。换挡非常频繁。39/53 大小chain 换的也很频繁。
主要是 IM Madison 几乎没有平路。不是上就是下。
如果53 chain, 160 watts， 65 RPM， 速度是 20 mph, 我就会非常乐意保持这个状态。
