I have the DEM file, and now i just need a small piece of it. I have a
polygon(shapefile), which is the boundary of a watershed, and now I want to
cut the DEM file using this polygon. But Arc just does not allow me to do
that. I used the Analysis Tools--Extract--Clip. But I can not input the DEM
file...Why?
I am not a master of GIS, just need to use the DEM file to finish my
hydrologic analysis.....

DC附近的trail太多了。我住在玛丽兰的蒙郡，干活在Frederick，所以平时在这两地比
较多。蒙郡有很多适合骑车的natural surface trails，像Schaeffer Farms,Hoyles
Mill Connector, Black Hills, Little Bennett, Seneca Greenway，Clopper Lake，
Seneca Ridge Trail, Muddy Branch, Cabin John. Frederick的Gambrill State Park
和Frederick Watershed要比蒙郡的更challenging。再往西Greenbrier也还可以。
Baltimore 附近的Patapsco很好玩的。
Virginia也有不少好去处，尤其是到Shenandoah mountain,GWNF 和 Elizabeth
furnace之类的。Wakefield比较老少皆宜，Fountainhead新修了很多片段。
