This is the earliest--and so far only--report/commentary I have seen about the root cause of QE2 in relation to China. If true, China can not say it did not receive fair warning.

the symptoms indicate MCA while low flow in MCA is quite rare. this could be
an ICA low flow event (event, not TIA). for such a long time, it would be
extremely rare if you don't see infarct in MCA-ACA watershed. |

【全文】
2007年10月份关闭水费账号，自来水局应该还我deposit共计$102。中间扯皮无数，略
去不表。今年5月份的时候终于收到了check，去银行ATM存了。但是我没有注意到check
已经过了3个月的有效期，结果6月份时这笔交易被取消，而且我还被银行罚了10块钱。
银行没有退给我original check，只是寄了一份正反面的check copy，上面写着“这张
check和original check同等使用”。我跟自来水局交涉，他们复印了退回来的check
copy，让我等着他们寄新的check。等到12月份打电话问，manager却说不欠我deposit
了，5月份的时候check已经被cash了。我说但是6月份又被退回来了，她说如果没cash
，银行一定会退回来original check，没有original check就说明已经ca |
