least half of the team to be women.
we are in the open race. I think top 10 finish requires an average of 7:20
pace or so. Actually I think this will
be difficult for our team -- we could do it on a flat course, but the course
of this relay is going to be hilly, so
I'd add at least 30 seconds to the pace. If we can average sub 8:00 it'll be
pretty good.
