按照中国法律，美帝在无害通过之前需通报中国。但是中国去年在阿拉斯加美帝领海通
过时没有报告美帝，估计美帝这是报复。
关键是看美帝在中国领海逗留多久。太久就不能算无害通过了。

全部现存的 all gun cruisers (其实就两条了） 都在这附近
