水底的很多细菌脏东西都出来了。自来水厂里的氯也加得比往年多。而且湾区很多房子
都有一定的历史，管线也会有破损，自来水肯定是不能直接饮用的。还有加州人也多，
人多的地方通常污染也会越重。建议安装e-spring这个牌子，这是全美家用过滤水第一
的品牌，用户好评率也是最高的，你可以自己去网上查。水真的很重要，为了全家人的
健康，要让家人喝上好水。

最好能避开busy road，房子不需要大修的。区比较安全 commute 时间不超过45mins
的。
朋友建议了warm springs。 还有west San Jose ，
需要考虑traffic到north san jose，未来也许会commute到mountain view那边
不知道哪里比较好。谢谢 |

Warm springs学区比NSJ好，是否有优势呢？
至于高速噪音，本人去感受过，只要不是紧挨着路边的，都还不是很大问题。在宇宙中
心101/237边上的很多房子都比WS要吵。
WS交通我感觉挺中心的。往北可以去三藩，往南去SJ(虽然有点堵)，往东去pleasanton

warm springs 小学 中学和高中都是真10分， Irvington 高中也是湾区稳定的前30高
中，而且有G&T program，UC录取水准也相当棒， NSJ的Piedmont Hills 则差强人意，
小学除了Ruskin和North Hill以外其他几所都是越墨集中。这点无可置疑，
warmspring在Irvington学区的缺点是中学和高中均在较远的地方，没法走路去，必须
开车，这点和学生家长集中的圣何塞修道院高中区就有点不方便。
能做到这点说明你是比较成熟的买家，知道自己想要什么，取舍是什么，这样的话就专
心看Warmspring就好了，你这样成功几率非常高。
