"The total income" of course includes the walfare you receive,
and everybody knows "income" means after tax.
Which means rich people's taxes have been excluded from their income.

前些年有议员提议案给stem毕业生绿卡，被民主党赵昧心等否了，理由是必须捆绑给非
法移民绿卡，不能只给一部分人（哪怕这部分人是美国需要的科技人才）。共和党
romeney 竞选总统是提出直接给stem毕业生毕业证上订绿卡，可惜他认识不到民主党的
厚黑，装13一招不慎被media恕br />
不管那个党上，都不要指望，理由很简单，人要的选票，这样的提案虽然对国家有利，
但如果不能带来选票，人家根本没有动力。倒是非法移民，因种族因素（默默支持更多
默默进来），成了民蛀党手中王牌。
问题是共和党要选票，但没有那么无耻，而民主党为选票已经放弃是非，法律（

Even the homeless in the US has a place to go if they can comply with the
shelter rules but those people choose to sleep in the street due to drug,
alcolhol or other reasons.
The most poor in China doesn't have any basic welfare. At least life is
more respected and cherished in the US than China.
