几个小建议： 1，破百不是目的，不需要刻意用W3,或IRON开球来减少OB或失误。 我的
经验是如果成绩过百， 一般是在stance，SWING上还有fundamental的错误，使你打出
去的球不可控。一定要多练，多用，多想，找到这个基础问题，能够一下连带解决好多
问题，使击球稳定下来。我是解决了左手腕的在top的cupping问题后，一下把slice，
push都克服了，顺带还掌握了打出稳定的FADE和DRAW，从破百到90基本没有很长的时间
间隔。
2. green reading和putting有好多流派，各有各的长处。 我一开始的时候看得眼花缭
乱，这个学点儿，那个学点儿，都不系统。现在我盯死按照DAVE STOCKTON的方法练，
效果还不错。YOUTUBE上有些片段。你找找。
3. short game推荐本书： Dave Pelzs “Short Games Bible”， 从技术，器械到心
理，讲的比较全面。正在学习中。呵呵。

今年PSU在BIG会议内的跨区对手明显比OSU和UM的弱很多，所以或多或少占了点儿赛程
安排的便宜。
BIG东区三强跨区对手(BIG常规赛成绩，分区最终排名)：

发帖数: 2592 | 12 要给初学的LD买块板子，外国品牌太贵了，而且初学用那么好的也是浪费。久闻银河仿
制牛逼得很，加上我自己之前也用过，就放狗搜了一下，整理了一个比较详细可靠的列
表（评价是好几篇文章拼凑的，大家自己鉴定）。
前面加五角星的是银河口碑最好的几块底板。希望对穷人或者对跟我一样要给LD买底板
的有所帮助，嘿嘿。
K1--仿蝴蝶COFFERLAIT
芳碳结构，结构厚度基本上一致，性能80%以上相似，手感稍微差点。
K2--仿蝴蝶孔芳碳
厚度，重量，手感差距比较大，与其说是仿制，更像是独创的，能有50%左右的相似，
各有特长。
注：也有说是W3仿的是孔芳碳
★K4--仿蝴蝶老波尔
厚度重量略大于boll，手感相似，相似程度能有90%左右，控制不错，性价比超高。
★K5--仿蝴蝶王VISCARLA/TAKSIM
K5与蝴蝶王的结构、用料、性能几乎可说没有两样。只是手感生硬些，做工粗糙些，但
价格才是蝴蝶王的1/6。
K6--仿蝴蝶梅兹
结构相似，厚度重量基本上一致，手感逊于梅兹，相似程度80%左右。
T1--仿蝴蝶施碳
三木两碳（桧+碳）结构，仿施碳的底板，板身厚度略厚于施碳，底劲足，速度相当快

1. 训练
自从去年CIM大PR之后就开始放羊，今年前三个月每周末的group run就成了我的social
event，每次拿个iphone，边跑边拍，以充当随军娱记为乐。结果几次group run下来
，以前跑马训练的老本就被吃光了，有一次周末group run差点跑晕过去。4月29号
pleasanton 半马，一马平川还跑出了个比去年morgan hill还差的成绩。这是距离SFM
还有整整13个星期，索性再歇一个星期，然后搞了个12周训练计划。
我一向只follow训练计划的精神，具体的执行完全由自己胡乱制定。这次前六周只跑
LHR，先把mileage搞上去。后六周加上跑山和MP run. 每周weekday 跑两到三次，周末

有活，大城市更是多彩多姿。
FF 地图模型是个亮点，特别是那火山，爬到高处往下看我都畏高了。但缺乏人气。真
的是像在德州 read trip，开半天看不到其它人。唯一的小城市虽然很小，但不错，人
气强，npc生活也丰富，年轻女 npc 身材健美，小蛮腰，衣服少。 |

with 6+ spiders.
i think they are 32 or +
too hard to kill them.
i managed to handle one spider from another place, but these almost always
gang bang all together... arse hurt so much....
they are not really weak to fire... igni does not do much dmg or burn effect
.
guess have to keep doing more main quests and gain more level then come back

drink that potion that is anti-poison, but the problem is one will spit a
silk web and wrap me, then others will come poke me... i think at the
current level, poke twice i die. |

but it does nothing at all... still walk freely and charge at me like normal
...
i have that full upgrade to apply 100% burning chance, with other stuff the
burning chance is 180% on the character review screen. but still igni does
very little dmg to them and they don't seemed to be burning.

killed the annoying pack of spiders finally.
quen is not much use, key for me is parry and fast attacks.
they will not come near me if I swing my sword. only web me. where as my
parry can actually block 5 gangbangs.
so when they web me, I just hold down parry. once I got released, keep parry
but use foot work to get close to one, then fast attack it to death. then
immediately parry up, then repeat.

you don't have to follow story.
like me always roam around to discover ??? many times i will kill stuff if
capable and collect item. then pass by someone in village, they will ask me
to help kill some monster, and i tell them, already killed, now show me the
money. heehee...
i think so far there are only very few places where you cannot access freely
, but those are exclusively for quest purpose. i would say 90%+ places you

a boss.
igni, bombs, yarden tesla, + drink sign intensity, all do minimal damage
physical, applied elemental oil, superior thunderbolt, still doing not much
at all.
one hit from ze will break queen, if no queen one hit take maybe around 70%
of my HP.
ze don't seem to have much weakness at all...
maybe i simply need to move on and get level up before hitting it? |

finally got it!!!
and may found the solution for bosses.
activated acquired tolerance, toxity jumped up to 244. pop archgriffin and
ekimara, enemy 5% hp down each heavy attack + leeching. I had full hp when I
killed the golem.
now I feel the power of alchemy. heehee. |

when i look at my log, there is no more main quest and no more 2ndary quest
open in skellige.
however, when i look on the map, there are 90+ ? still remaining...

都瞎了，后来用魔法恢复的。
