crazy.
it does not matter much. Most presidents won popular votes as well.
so that will not change the results except for 2000. it happened a couple of
times before that two, but too few to matter.
plus, some states already changed to overide the electoral votes and CA is
one of them. |

今天载LD去投票，果然查不到地址，据工作人员说我们所在的新小区的道路还没有在系
统里，于是按规定投provisional vote。但是是否生效要两个星期以后才知道。
我们大概5月份进的新社区，考虑到最近这个选区有很多新盖社区，可能我LD的例子不
是个例。虽然我们相信这个provisional的机制应该比较完善，但是毕竟防人之心不可
无。毕竟，从我的观察看，新建小区以老中和老印居多（我们社区95%），应该是偏向
Peter的几率大，会不会有人在里面做文章？
所以请Peter团队关注一下provisional vote的情况，特别是如果结果非常胶着的情况
，如果有异常如provisional vote 废票率明显高于以往，可能值得去研究一下。 |

如果你是一位大富翁， 你可以选ROMMRY，因为你自己每年花$10,000 to $20,000 为家
庭买医保，你还是大富翁。
我有点不多的积蓄， 万一因年岁大 （五十岁左右）lost job, 我不想将所有的积蓄都
花在医保上。
每年我能付$5000一下， 但不能付$7000 以上。

Representatives voted to increase the child tax credit,
including expanded benefits for upper-middle-class parents.
The proposal, passed on a 237-173 vote, would index the
$1,000 per child credit to inflation, let people with higher
incomes claim the credit and remove a marriage penalty. It would
