榨汁机我用omega 8006这款，当时被忽悠说是low speed，防止营养流失之类的，用了
几次，后来嫌麻烦就没怎么用了，我朋友孕期一直用它榨汁，她是说很不错。 |

餐，真贵。我莫名其妙买了个500块钱的vitamix搅拌机，收银员和一路碰到的好几个陌
生人都夸好，我都怀疑是不是vitamix的托儿，哈哈，这个牌子好像是挺出名。可以做
sorbet, smoothie，热汤，吃不同的蔬菜水果花样。说是连皮一块搅拌比削皮吃多几百
种维生素，不知道搅拌以后会不会损失几百种纤维素…… |

生素聚集在接近表皮的地方，剥皮吃就吃不到那些维生素，所以要连着部分的皮一起榨
汁吃。vitamix很贵，不过可以榨汁、做冰淇淋、做热汤，附带一厚本menu，喜欢捣鼓
厨房的人会喜欢它。 |

有人抢deal吗？买啥好东西吗？我上周在costco买了个vitamix蔬菜水果搅拌机，收银
员和好几个顾客看到都说好，我都怀疑是vitamix的托儿了，哈哈。挺贵的，可以做热
汤、冷饮。促销的人说带皮搅拌或只削一点点皮，因为几百种维生素都在表皮，像平常
那样吃水果只能吃到三四种，哈哈。做了两次smoothie和sorbet，好是挺好，就是我懒
，不知道会不会常用。 |
