标 题: 意面控的大计划【番茄核桃仁意面】【小觅的美食日记】

朋友送了一本关于意大利面的食谱大全《PASTA》，从来就是意面控的我简直爱不释手
。意大利面中光是面条本身就有很多种类，spaghetti、tagliatelle、linguine、
ravioli等等，再加上各种各样的意面酱的做法，以及不同方式的意面烹饪，N多种排列
组合不胜枚举。这本书里有300多道关于意面的食谱，我本打算在条件允许的情况下一
道一道挨个都做一遍。不过300多道啊！即使是天天吃意面也得做整整一年啊！看来这
个计划的完成期限只能无限期扩展了，不过eventually一定是要完成的！谁让我是意面
控呢！
今天是周一，是每周雷打不动的吃素日。让P在素意面的章节里点菜，他就点了这道番
茄核桃仁意面。我一看配料，嗯，都是我们习惯的中规中矩的意面口味，不过topping

after meal), I started feeling much better and then I didn't need to drink
on regular basis.
I did the allergy test two years ago and the specialist didn't recommend me
to use the shots. Even myself decided not to have shots, too many shots and
two many visits and it is not guaranteed to work either.

发帖数: 5244 | 21 孤陋寡闻，醋我只知道白醋，镇江香醋和山西陈醋，我一直只用香醋，自从在中国店买
了一瓶过期2年的香醋之后我就转买balsamic vinegar了，如果你喜欢香醋的话一定会
喜欢这个，但比香醋略甜。
老抽，生抽美国超市都有卖的，当然生抽更多些，选择也多点
starch也有corn starch，potato starch啥的，至今不知区别。
香油只用黑芝麻，白芝麻只在小时候用过。
当然也有美国店没有的，就是花椒
不过中国店那花椒也不是人吃的
我的意思就是美国点有很多东西都能找到，
何必去中国店受气，吃那过期2年的香醋？
说道做菜，在朋友圈里也算小有名气，一直认为做菜不在于调料，也不在于材料，关键
在于搭配和创意，能够搭配出独特的菜式才会有耳目一新的感觉。中国菜和美国菜很大
的区别在于中国菜是经过烹饪的，讲究的是味道的互相融合，对于我这种俗人来说，材
料本来味道的细微差别就不那么重要了。 |

一下。出门在外，要快餐，我经常去吃subway，就是西式面包三明治，主要是觉得更健
康，因为是现做，自己想要少油少盐少糖都可以有些控制。国内据说翻译成赛百味，有
这么个名字，希望国内的可以多加些口味，好名副其实。

O哼童鞋看来撑了几个月的确是撑不住没有湘菜的生活了，居然主动约稿。好吧，既然
不能不远万里跑到Boston去做给你吃，你也没法到我们这鸟不拉屎的乡下来，姐姐我就

把youtube上搜到的能用的办法都用了，apple cide vinegar 加洗涤剂感觉果蝇很聪明
就在杯口转悠，半天才捕到几个。
拿吸车的小吸尘器吸；做罩子罩在杯口；杯子里放水果，盖上保鲜膜然后扎洞让它钻，
但它们钻进去了一会又钻出来了。
垃圾每天都倒，不放水果在室内。
感觉效果不明显，大家有什么妙招呀。
找了manager，manager说果蝇如果叫pets control 感觉ridiculous. |
