誓，必须保护公司商业秘密。现在他泄露公司机密，就是公开撕毁自己的誓约。这种行
为，别说做跟国家安全有关的工作，即使在普通公司都不可以。如果雇员都像斯诺登这
样，随便背叛跟公司签的誓约，那天下就没有企业可以运转。资本主义所以能够运行，
关键一点是有法治的保障，包括个人和公司间的契约、合同等等，都受到法律保护。所
以斯诺登的公开毁约，首先是违法，其次是道德人格破产。这种恶劣行为对他个人的结
果起码是，不仅美国政府要追究他的刑事罪责，他原来的公司也会对他民事诉讼，要求
他赔偿损失并被罚款。除此之外，他是一夜之间成了全球名人，但全天下也都知道了他
