近朋友说收到了法院寄来的pre trial conference letter, 还收到两封，因为两个
suspects, 听证会下周就举行，但我到现在什么也没收到，一开始以为是分开办的，但
朋友打给法院确认时，对方说所有victims 那天都会出席，我急了，因为车子recover
后有damage, 我花了不少钱，我希望能捍卫自己的权利，打给attorney 对方似乎并没
有记录过我的名字，说之后查阅了会call我，但等了一下午也没见回call. 于是我联系
了办案的警探问说是不是没把我的信息file给法院，警探说他都做好了，我不知道这是
attorney 疏忽忘了还是怎么回事，警探说我可以直接去开庭，可我也没有这个letter
