但是看出来华人社区对路怒与谋杀之间似乎很有纠结。但其实这个路怒是个中性词，并
不意味着某一方需要对冲突负责。在路怒的情况下照样可以指控凶手谋杀，但是是二级
谋杀。
二级谋杀是指：a non-premeditated killing, resulting from an assault in which
death of the victim was a distinct possibility. Second degree murder is
different from first degree murder, which is a premeditated, intentional
killing or results from a vicious crime such as arson, rape or armed robbery.
