the possible ways the killer obtained Thallium. I believe it was
specifically tailored to suit Sun.
In reality, if the actual dosage was around 1000mg, then a small vial of the

不可接触的。如果是outdoor的话，可能问题还不大，因为你接触猫咪的时间相对短暂
，但是我家咪是严格indoor的，房间又小，所以有些担心，就停用了。
以前不知道，猫咪上药后几天抱着他玩，手臂的皮肤接触他上药的地方，会有很大的反
应（皮肤变棕红，痒，另外皮肤变厚），之前在pets还特地发帖提醒过大家小心，如果

液氮渗入了小管之后，解冻的时候，液氮变为气象，
瞬间使管内压力增大700倍。所以发生爆炸。
不过你遇到的情况非常夸张，看起来液氮漏得很严重。
一般来说，只要你用非常专业的螺旋盖的低温保存管，
比如NUNC出的系列cryotubes，然后拧紧，不会出现任何
问题。
下一次再拿FREEZE DOWN的时候，注意带防护面具拉！
如果没有罩住整个脸的，只罩住眼睛的也行。主要是为了
保护眼睛。 |

protein的kd，测出的signal最高只有upper limit（probe不加protein不过
filter直接加到scintillation vial里的读数）的20％。。。虽说protein
理论上可能有一部分被wash off吧，但80％ loss也太离谱了吧。。。但
signal确实是plateau了，能fit出kd来（还挺好hiahia）。
请问牛人这种现象可能正常吗？btw我根本没敢多洗，加了mixture之后就
洗了1次1ml，不过neg control挺低的了。 |

终于要转行了。
没了，才知道什么叫没了。走了，才知道再也回不来了。
今天最后一天。
我在NMR谱图上贴标签的时候，手写分子式，比任何时候都要认真。也许我以后一辈子
也不会在写天然产物的分子式了，呵呵。11个手性中心，3个顺反双键，两个环，还有
一个moiety 怕酸，另一个moiety怕碱。不算复杂，但也不好做。看着我的几大本子谱
图，几大本子实验记录，冰箱里一盒一盒的样品，无论以后他们怕酸，怕碱，怕光，怕
水，怕氧，不能久放，再也不关我的事了。
这么些年，我纯手工人肉过得柱子有两千根了吧。。。几年下来，发了三篇一区一作的
文章（mitbbs的热心读者请勿评论），有全合成，有方法学，还有全合成加方法学。写

faster and metastasize better. here is the reference:

For my specific purposes, I only use HUVECs within 5 passages.
When you propagate the primary stock, grow up as many cells and freeze down

最近excel用的多，索性自己做了个app，做完没地方upload（其实MS蛮可以做个app
store，让大家来share各种templates），一时兴起就弄个网站来共享。
是zip压缩的，应该能解压。
