也不会做成输入一两个字母就自动提示的那种，那个可能要macro，会增加file 的size
。想来想去，还简单最好。

KV，看到你关于真空环氧脱泡的问题，提醒你注意真空度不要超过28inHg，时间不要超
过1分钟，因为环氧固化剂本身在负压下会挥发，如果你看到有气泡持续出来，说明很
卡能不是气泡，是固化剂。
我倒是建议你试一下离心脱泡，用下面连接的mini centrifuger，和eppendorf vial，
高速离心15分钟，保证气泡free，而且如果环氧中有杂质，也同时被离心到底部，2毫
升的vial分装，可以节约环氧，不用的，盖好盖，放在-20度冷冻，可以用很久，只是
注意买离心机的时候，看是否跟塑料vial 匹配。

提两个建议：
1. 希望可以在Box tab输入新的vial并且Refresh后，能够直接在CellInfo tab产生
Cell Name的列表，即便其它column都是空的。从而在“Details”tab可以在Cell Info
Link点击后可以follow到 CellInfo tab迅速对新的vial进行更多的信息输入。目前的
1.10版，新的vial在Detail里面的Cell Info Link column提示“No Info”。
2. CellInfo tab的输入信息希望能允许加入hyperlink。有时候有些相关信息是保存在
另外文件中的，希望能够允许加入文件或者网络的hyperlink。这样点击这个hyperlink
后能打开相关文件。目前的1.10版本，在一个CellInfo Tab，右键点击，menu的最后一
个“Hyperlink...”item总是灰色的。 |

这次的药如果还没用
就可以确定不是ibd了。。。

truth, i think so ... well, don't tell boss and buy another
vial then. next time, try not to do that. i suggest you use
a cell storage from Nalgene. add isopropanol into it, put in
the vial with cells (cells are in DMSO and FBS), and put it
@ -80C. it is said to decrease the temp by 1C/hr. after
put it in the -80C two days, you can now transfer it to
liquid N2. when you thaw the tube from N2, put it in 37C
water directly, don't stand outs |

Qiagen的RNAlater保存液，然后Qiagen配套的装RNAlater保存液和组织的tube很贵，20
个5ml装的要两百多刀。那个博后嫌贵就不买这个贵的tube，就准备用那些很便宜的常
见的glass vials保存RNAlater液和组织。因为我是做bioinformatics的，不是很懂wet
lab,但还是有疑问，用那么便宜的glass vial能一样吗，我担心都已经做microarray
的实验了，如果因为省这个钱而实验失败的话就得不偿失了。 |

因为在我的case和我看到别人的case里，一天差不多都是只用1 vial of powder.我的1
瓶药粉是75IU.后几天减量到了37.5. 不知道你的是多少。
我的护士跟我讲如果需要混合2瓶药粉，就是1ml打入第一瓶，然后都抽出来打入第二瓶
药粉。我不清楚你要是4瓶药粉是不是可以以此类推，最好还是问问护士大夫什么的，
别怕烦。
我的护士说多于1ml腹部注射可能承受不了。我打menopur觉得挺疼的，一个是因为它是
药粉混合的，另一个也是1ml我已经觉得挺多的了，如果你一次需要打好几ml恐怕会液
体太多了一点。最好跟医院确认一下。
