华人在美国干不过印度人主要是verbal IQ太低，表达能力不行。
而且不注意后天特别训练培养表达能力来补偿先天的verbal IQ不足，天天在其他次要

中国人本来这方面先天就差，东亚人的verbal IQ经科研实验室级别的测试是平均98，
所谓double digit IQ，属极轻微的弱智。
后天成长过程中在中共国里还一律禁止你自己结社（只能参加党认可的傀儡社），所以
在货真价实地组织结社这方面的后天经验是零，所以社交能力、组织结社能力基本上是
白痴级别的。
法人结社的创立、订立章程、运营、筹措经费、和其他法人组织的互动，所有的这些经
验的获得机会，都被共产党国完全干掉了。
这才是中国大陆华人干不过印度阿三、港台人的主要原因，硅谷的印度人扎一堆人就合
法结社，洛杉矶的蓝营绿营也有大批的合法结社组织。大陆华人除了CSSA基本上屁都没
有。
而且社交能力、组织结社能力弱的人群有个特点，喜欢走极端：要么不结社一盘散沙，
要结社就结成非法黑帮那样的社（如天地会、青红帮、共产党这种垃圾结社），对利益
妥协交换、收支平衡合法运营这些完全玩不来(比如动不动就要消灭与之争论的对方)。 |

子人，所以一直一夫多妻，女性择偶进化压力不大。因此东亚人X染色体遗传的情商、

这两者结合，就是如今东亚人干活灵光，问题解决快，但是复杂逻辑概念不容易弄清楚
、表达和与人交流能力有缺陷以及容易情绪化。
白人相反，远古白人在欧洲都是捕猎为生，男人死亡率非常高，资源有限又不能让一个
男人养起好几个女人和她们的孩子，所以女性之间的生存择偶竞争压力非常大。这导致
了白人女性进化出了丰乳肥臀、金发碧眼等等女性用来吸引男性非常强烈的特征。同样
白人由女性遗传的情商、语言能力也很高。但是由于男性只被自然淘汰，不被社会淘汰
，所以很多原始猎人时代的劣质基因遗留了下来，比如绝大多数连环变态杀手都是白人
男性，基本上很少听说有黑人或者是黄种人的连环变态杀手。这就是白人的原始猎人基

无论来自直接的学习或是间接的潜移默化，则日渐显著，因此一般人笔下的白话文，西
化的病态日渐严重。一般人从大众传媒学到的，不仅是流行的观念，还有那些观念赖以
包装的种种说法；有时，那些说法连高明之士也抗拒不了。今日的中文虽因地区不同而

另外gre考试的verbal部分不是考你是不是认识那个几个单词 而是能不能理解义群之间
的关系，事实上在考试中verbal里的阅读理解占的比重最大。而汉语教学（尤其是现代
汉语教学）中完全忽视这部分内容。
不过还好中文的根基实在太深，古往今来用中文写的好玩的文章太多了，很多学生都是
在课外通过阅读这些作品提高着自己的文学修养。这真的值得欣慰。 |

为什么有些家暴没有及时报案取证后面就非常难定罪的原因）。 |

大陆和台湾学生的verbal大多在600以下
甚至有个mm才400多
记得我们当年大部分还是能上600的，不到500的基本不敢申请
美国学生GRE并不低
数学可能稍微低一些，但是verbal没见有谁低于600
甚至还有800的 |

For Aamzon offer. Ask them to put your "level", not just the title (eg.
software engineer) into the offer letter.
Why? I know someone who got an offer for software engineer II (verbally)
but downgrade to software engineer I when he started to work officially
(the reason from the hire manager is the lacking of US industry
experiences). Since the recruiter had left before he joined and the level
is promised verbally, he has no ground to argue anyhow. |

背景:Mech Eng小硕,想转行,考了SAS证书,找DC附近analyst/sas programmer工作
9月初,C1 recruiter发信让申请senior data analyst职位,说Richmond,VA和McLean,
VA有职位,可以transfer H1B.
网上提交申请后,做personality test,定时答题numerical reasoning & verbal
reasoning.
通过了后,通知月底去Richmond面试,花了20天准备这一个面试.
On-site 8:00am-2:00pm
8:00-8:30 Test verification
电脑答题,新的numerical reasoning
8:30-9:15 Behavior interview
9:30-1:30 Behavioral interview & job fit interview
10:30-11:15 Case interview
11:15-12:00 Case interview

或者GMAT里的math和verbal题.
跟我同一天面试的8个人,有学统计的master,学数学的phd,学经济的,还有在保险公司做
IT的.感觉C1就是测试你有基本的analytical and reasoning能力,是trainable的,反正
招进去要培训的,具体干什么dive in, get feet wet |
