发帖数: 34 | 1 Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Preparation of annual and special projects budget reports
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance
with procedures
• Provide operation managers assistance with cost analysis, fiscal
allocation, and budget preparation
• Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs
• Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for approval of funding
• Analyze monthly department budgeting to maintain expenditure
controls through preparation of periodic variance reports on budget versus
actual costs
• Providing strategic analysis reports to senior management
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at
the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in
writing.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting (preferably with-in the
agriculture and/or wine industries); Bachelor degree in accounting, or
related discipline, would be preferred but is not required (for CA-I)
Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required. This
position requires a great deal of communication with management and various
accounting department leads both verbally and via correspondence.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations, applying common sense carrying out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Outstanding mathematical skills
are also a must.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel programs is needed. Familiarity with
other accounting programs is encouraged, as well as the ability to learn new
programs quickly. Ability to use general office equipment a must

Sitting at desk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The
