for myeloma, actually there are some new results, for initial treatment, you
can start with thalidomide plus decadron, lenalidomide is the oral
derivative of thalidomide and has better efficacy and improved toxic profile
, but both thalidomide and lenalidomide are extremely expensive,
the other option would be velcade plus melphalan plus steroid,
either one of the above two options would be much better than the
tradtionally used VAD,

看到你这个问题的时候恰好在外面，结果发现iphone的app根本发不了贴（andriod的
app则没问题，恰好带的是iphone，andriod手机没带）是怎么回事？难道ireader不成

你的这个问题本来周末专题写的，既然问了简单说一下ONXX。
我其实对医药完全是外行，因为是学理工的。什么药具有promising，只能完全用类比
法：
比如ONXX这次过会的药，我看了是治疗m.m.（两个英文词缩写，多发性骨髓瘤的意思 -
- 其实我也不懂，好像是血癌药）的，这个同类的药FDA、批准的只要千禧药业当年的
Velcade，做了这么些年的BIO，对于BIO的历史稍微清楚点，当年千禧药业被收购价格
高达88亿。
所以经验告诉我ONXX如果过会，至少值40亿，也就是65左右，如果7.27FDA最终批准的
话，ONXX应该值至少50亿，也就是我原来说的80左右，这个股票因为不只这一个药，如
