去看医生，小城市的烂医生建议按摩和热敷，结果越来越肿，越来越疼。于昨天转到南
京的省人民医院，被初步诊断成Deep Vein Thrombosis，因为小腿肿的厉害，暂时还没
有给出有几处血栓和血栓的大小。医生说有可能要做一个过滤网的手术，以防止脱落的
血栓块堵塞肺部，爸爸妈妈不是很愿意做这个手术。我在网上也查了，好像这个手术也
是暂时的措施，而且一般不是很建议。现在我想知道：
1）。在江苏南京，哪家医院治疗血栓比较有权威。在北京是不是有什么专科医院比较
好。
2）。有什么需要注意的，根据医院的检查报告（今天中国时间早上有可能出来），有
什么治疗措施可以推荐
3）。现在我万分着急，不知道自己怎么能帮上忙，看了看网上的资料，提到什么
graduated compression stockings，请问什么牌子比较好，应该在什么地方能买到，
国内说什么充气袜子，是什么设备。

the inferior rectal vein, which further drains into the internal iliac vein
then IVC.
If you still recall from Step I FA, in patients with portal hypertension,
one of the four portal-systemic anastomoses is between the superior rectal
vein (middle rectal vein should also be included, FYI) and the inferior
rectal vein. This anastomsis can cause hemorrhoid and subsequent bleeding. |

，医生还是先用传统的stripping。美国有三种：laser oblation， radiofrequency
oblation， chemical injection closure. 对象：great saphenous vein, small
saphenous vein, anterolateral accessory vein and perforators.
Laser针对large veins，效果好，复发率底，但是时候淤青严重。
radiofrequency 针对直道血管至少7cm长才可以，太弯曲的不行，
chemical injection比较少用，术后皮肤变色回复比较久。
sclerotherapy治标不治本，一般术后处理不消除小血管的。 |

不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能

柜门是inset, shaker style,算比较简洁，又有一点细节
地板是red oak, clear coat，grain比较明显
Option 1. Silestone Lyra quartz, 白底有浅灰色的vein, 与橱柜颜色对比鲜明，易
打理，便宜些，缺点是看起来太人工，死板，缺少灵性。
Option 2. Perola gold quartzite, 浅黄色底有棕色和蓝灰色的vein, 贵，不易打理
，有象玉一样的光泽，担心的是与橱柜特别是地板对比不强烈，整个厨房看起来不亮堂。
纠结好几天了，想问问大家的意见。

更浅。

you could find it somewhere online regarding a scoring system called CLIP, i
think C stands for child-pugh stage and P stands for portal vein thrombosis
, i forget what L and I stand for, but anyway that scoring system gives youa
guesstimate on prognosis,
for transplant there is a MELD calculation but i guess it only works for pts
in the states,
i would probably spend as much time as poss |

the lung, but in the IVC (inferior vena cava) - a major vein that drains the
lower part of body.
It basically is caused by blood clots formed in vein dislodge into and block
blood vessels in the lung. Any lung tissue with a discontinued blood
supply irreversibly die. There is very few effective treatment at this
point since the damage is already done. What need to be done is to
stabilize the patient, find out the root |

not sure it is the same as spiral CT.
Even though doctor told me it is not serious but she still put me on lovenox
for one week and coumadin for 3 months.
At the beginning I thought the blood clot is in vein but report shows it is
in artery. Which is more serious, in vein or in artery? How important is the
right lower lobe pulmonary artery?

resolve. Its not uncommon. If worried about recurrence the patient may
consider to see a hematologist to rule out hyper-coagulate disease.
A provoked (such as after surgery, long travel, trauma, pregnancy, or on
birth control pill) and uncomplicated deep vein thrombosis is a commom and
