It is pulmonary artery, instead of vein for sure.
Administration of lovenox and warfarin is reasonable, unless you have other
risk factors. Note you need to check your CBC on your next visit,to monitor
platelet level, decrease of which is one of major SEs of LMWH.
As I said, if you do not have any symptoms, it is fine. Watch out, if you
have swelling or redness on your legs, do see a doctor immediately. |

，发现还有很细小的血细胞，就推荐我去了泌尿专家那里，重新检查，发现尿液已经没
有问题。考虑我过去曾经因为感染发过高烧住院，专家就开了ultrasound的检查，主要
是膀胱和肾。
结果是: 左肾发现 一个 renal mass.其他都正常。 需要进一步CT with injection
something into vein 确认会不会有癌症。
病史：
过去几年有过几次尿路感染，基本上都是同房的原因。第一次时候，发了高烧。其他都
是感觉不舒服，就去看医生了，没有引起发烧。大概一年一两次。后来特别注意卫生问
题。很少感染了。
每次感染后，都去医生那里检查，开药，然后再确定感染完全消除。有时候，稍微有点
不舒服，就去检查了，大部分是没问题。去年12月份的年检，一切都正常。平时没有什
么不舒服的。也注意锻炼身体。
去年1月份感染时，去看了泌尿科（不是在美国），做过一些检查，包括超声，血液，

是他有可能划到什么东西了，可是后来一直没有消，才发现是一小片毛细血管在皮下破
裂，所以表皮上红红的。 今年前几个星期，一个周末参加完棒球比赛，回来又出现了
新的一个长条，同样是毛细血管破裂。 我再网上搜索，spider vein好像是最接近他的
症状，可是也没有明确的说法，也不知道为什么什么导致了这种现象，怎么治愈或预防
。他没有什么感觉，目前只是影响美观。
领他看了几个皮肤科医生，都没有说出具体的原因来，有的医生说可以用激光美容消除

提示可能有轻微炎症的发生。
