皮肤没有红斑，大腿外侧皮肤有紫色细纹（spider's vein）,时轻时重。
除了大腿酸软痛之外，还有脚跟疼，尤其早上起来时。
双侧臀部外上侧，酸疼的很，感觉里面发烧，有时里面的肌肉不自主的跳个不停。我感
觉这里肌肉酸是因为它跳动太多，不能停累的。
胳膊还好，偶尔会酸一下，刷牙时上臂酸累。
查过血钾正常，甲状腺也正常，肌酶没查过，没有肌无力家族史。
验血风湿因子小于20，在正常范围。看过一个风湿专科，他说不像风湿，关节没有肿大
变形，因为肌肉很弱，让验血（不太确定验血项目是什么，看看肌肉发炎没有？），后
来电话告知验血结果没事。
膝关节没有做过核磁共振。没有做过肌肉的活检。
没有吃过statin类的治疗高血脂的药。我血脂一直很好，HDL高于参考高值，LDL低于参
考低值。
医生建议吃的药是vitamin D, omeprazole. 可是实际上大部分时候不吃，偶尔才吃一
次。
刚开始出现腿酸的那一阵，很累很忙，每天只能睡3-4小时，睡一觉就能好很多，甚至
晨起30分钟内可以感觉自己完全正常了。现在怎么睡都恢复不了。 |
