一、美元危机
信用货币的本质，它是一种负债。而信用对应的，则是偿还能力。这一点，我们通过日
常生活中的常识，很容易理解。我们借钱给别人，首先考虑的就是看他借钱能不能还得
起。如果到期了无法偿还，这就是违约。如果把这种日常生活中的借贷行为，放大到国
与国之间，这种违约对应的就是债务危机。债务危机引发连锁的债务违约，则进一步引
爆信用危机。
如果把国家当成一个人，则该国本币的信用，取决于其偿还能力。一个国家的偿还能力
，则取决于这个国家的国际收支盈余和财务盈余。也就是说，如果该国失去了偿还能力
，也就失去了信用。失去了信用，则该国的货币就不会有人持有，或者说，持有成本会
十分的高。

先从1991年的第一次海湾战争说起。这场战争算是以美国为首的多国部队对伊拉克发起
的一场以大凌小的国战，战争历时42天，将入侵科威特的伊拉克军队打得全军覆没，整
体算得上是速战速决。多国部队总共出动了69万军队，美国甚至出动了整整三支航母编
队。这场战争的总花费约960亿美元，每天的花费约23亿美元。
2003年3月20日，英美联军发起第二次海湾战争，打入伊拉克本土，至4月15日美国宣布
主要的军事行动结束，历时共26天。这当然也是一场以大凌小的国战。英美参战人数共
17万，以陆军为主，战争花费约230亿美元，每天的花费约9亿美元。当然此后美国陷入
伊拉克的战争泥潭，在伊拉克地区长期驻军人数始终维持在13万左右。至2011年底美军
撤出伊拉克，九年驻军期间总共花费了7630亿军费，日均花费2.3亿美元。
以上数据，可以作为我们理解现代战争开支的出发点。第一次海湾战争是海陆空联合的
立体战争，航空母舰编队的使用成本太高，以致于这场战争的日均花销高达23亿美元，

路人也许在想：这家伙竟然敢在公开场合看黄书。
还有一次，李尚龙在教师休息室里捧着一本《希望永远都在》。
一个老师走了进来，看到了他，再看了一眼书名，用很嘲弄的口气说：“你也看鸡汤啊
。”
那个老师不知道的是，《希望永远都在》是一本讲柬埔寨历史的书，只是名字像鸡汤而
已。书里面的故事，血淋淋的，让人思考着世界的变革和柬埔寨的过去。
生活中，有太多人喜欢站在自己的角度和立场去评判他人。
在不了解事实的情况下，以己度人，妄加评论。
但是凭什么呢？
看过这样一句话：
一个人最大的恶意，就是把自己的理解强加于别人，把所有的结果理所当然用自己的过

美国这里除了几个城市外，
大部分的城市的自来水质量没有中国的好，
因为水厂的过滤成数比中国的少，
大部分过滤工艺要落后好几代，
NJ那里的地下水几十年前就被几个核电厂污染好几遍了
五大湖的重金属污染那是中国的现在也干不上的，那里敢吃
蓝藻自来水我们这里一年都要发生一两个月，很常见的事情，都不上报纸。
很简单，中国的电池分类回收，早10年前就开始了，美国根本没有人管，
这个生活在车轮上的国家过去50年汽车漏的机油重量估计是中国多少年也干不上，
美国人均的洗涤剂的用量也是中国的上百倍，那才是噩梦。
看看美国有钱人吃啥喝啥就知道了，
那么多的缺德舅wholefood高价食物店是那里来的？
美国人的平均寿命比不上香港，日本和中国的很多省市地区，
肿瘤癌症发病率也是中国的好几倍，
他们的healthcare cost是中国人均的近百倍，日本的好几倍，
而效果这么差，
