我们家的海归归海事业已经进行了5个年头啦，最近终于下定决心close the loop，全
家归海了。熟悉情况的就不要深挖啦。
老婆是10年海归的，一线城市985学校商学院AP，基本国内美国两边跑，好处基本两边
都占了，薪水是美式的，美食是中式的，今年归海TT AP了。
俺的情况更复杂，油气行业（都不敢自称油工）工作多年PhD+PE。年初海归国企，看到
了真正的业内大佬们翻手为云覆手为雨的本事，然后也耀武扬威了几个月，年末又归海
了，在老婆学校旁边找了个F100公司工作，工资继续+25%，目前也不打算再折腾了。
感受就是：
1） nothing is more valuable than family
2） 海归前最好把绿卡办了。
3） 回去的普通人只是外围，真正的体制内是中国的精英，你永远也不会懂的，你
也只是一个为他们打工的。

称DF-ZF），获得成功，中国的第六次高超音速飞行器试验是在2015年11月，两次试验
间隔只有5个月，这样频密的试验在近十年的世界军事航天史上都是罕见的。
比较有意思的是，美国的类似试验在2014年就戛然而止，美国最近的一次高超音速飞行
器试验是美国陆军在2014年8月25日进行的AHW项目发射试验，结果发动机只燃烧了4秒
就炸毁在发射架上，这是AHW的第二次发射，第一次成功了，第二次失败，而且失败的
很惨，可以说惨不忍睹。更有趣的是，全世界没有谁为此公开讥讽美国，大家都心情复
杂的看着美国的失败。笔者个人感觉，这就像一个老杂技演员在舞台上偶然失手一样，
喝倒彩显然不合适，美国是谁？哪里跌倒了就在哪里站起来，谁也不怀疑他有这个本事

不卑不亢的意思是不要自卑不要过分骄傲，但要觉得自己的work做的是对的，是
valuable的，不要因为别人的judgement而改变自己的想法，要和别人不带感情色彩的
argue
遇事不要逃跑的意思是你去任何地方工作都会碰到让你不舒服的工作环境，第一个想法
不应该是跳槽，而是要去handle问题，或直接叫板或寻求理解或找人调停
你根本不懂任何职场政治，连我说的话都看不懂，就知道误解曲解。我之所以没给楼主
任何建议是因为我没办法在不清楚情况之前乱放炮，你真的不知道是帮了还是害了人家
