精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高，根本无法在中国作
为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的养
殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，美
国猪
肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除中国的较大的规模饲养
场的产品的含毒量接近美国水准，但全国平均来看，中国肉类含毒水平应该低于美国的
100000分之一。??
大家都知道美国肉类根本达不到中国食品级。中国目前的主要猪肉来源还是农民的生猪
存栏，在中国生活的人大概都知道中国农民自家养猪没人成天喂昂贵的抗生素，生长激
素和抗寄生虫药，除非生病，中国的猪很少服药，而且怎么也要1,2年才能长大（美国
猪只长七个月，这个数字请行家鉴定）。这种猪肉是中国的主要猪肉源（也就是大家常
听到的所谓：农民的生猪存栏）。这种方法养的猪在美国属于比organic pork等级更高
的猪肉，至少在20美金一磅（一磅大致一市斤左右）。

美国1998年决定禁止使用苏丹红，在美国人吃苏丹红吃了50多年之后，用磺酸基苏丹红
来代替，换个马甲RED40就可以了。欧洲大约在2000 左右改用RED40。现在大家只好吃
RED40。 最常用的红色染料red40的准确名字是“酸基苏丹红, NIH的毒理研究表
明在小白鼠身上和苏丹红毒性一样，其毒性中心是偶氮基团。磺酸基增强了苏丹红的水
溶性。至于yellow5啦什么的，就别再说了 (三文鱼用的偶氮染料，也是苏丹红。有
时候为了增进苏丹红的水溶性，又修饰了一个磺酸基。)??另外，yellow3,blue5也都是
跟苏丹红毒理一样的偶氮染料。在人体内的还原酶和 NADH还原剂的作用下，都代谢成
