了。实际accredited investor不受法律保护的presumption就两个：一个是自己懂行，
，但已经有大量证据，很多人根本不够financial savvy。一个是有可靠的resouces得
到咨询。第二个pressumption才是真正站得住的理由，但问题是很多人觉得自己够
savvy，舍不得花这个钱。或者就是太轻信他人（上面已经有实在的例子），街上的人
哪个不知道independent advisor就是个幌子。香港好多advisors和sales金融知识或者
少得可怜或者揣着明白装糊涂，能糊弄一个是一个。
定义的历史我也说清楚了，这么多年过去暴露了无数的问题，为什么不提高标准？两原
因，一是我说的内部原因，抓住人性弱点留一个空子让人钻，二是社会大众不care这个
漏洞，黑吃黑没人同情。
SEC在04年就propose要把accredited investor的标准提高到USD 2.5million，改动这个
标准会把美国符合条件的从8%降到1%，但结果就是受到反对，没通过。

1）提早近视是没的说得。
2）给家长无端带来supervision的负担。小孩每天拿着IPAD,家长除非时刻关注，要不
小孩一不留神就和同学connect server (mindcraft之类）玩游戏或上网。
3）Based on the assumption that every family would afford an IPAD or it
consumes school fund in vain.
4) 小孩小的时候不应该学handwriting and cursive writing吗？学校有没有考虑过这
个。
5）老师的review、评语也是无纸化？比如小孩的作文评语，如果是用纸的话，小孩和
家长都很容易读和理解，因为改正都是在错误的地方，如果online, 无论是老师make
notes还是孩子read, 都不是那么容易。
如果是从高年级开始还可以理解，从一入学就这样就不合理了。如果我是这所学校的家
长，我一定会通过各种方式力争。
